The episode starts with Lakshmi searching around to see if there is anything to save Virendra. Lakshmi finds a rope to a tree. Lakshmi ties the rope to the tree. Lakshmi asks Virendra to catch the rope. Lakshmi throws the rope towards Virendra. Virendra catches the rope. Lakshmi recalls her past and how her biological father died. Virendra loses the rope. Virendra apologises to Lakshmi and asks Lakshmi to apologise to Neelam also. Lakshmi sees that Virendra is not holding the rope so she ties the rope to the car.
Malishka asks Neelam not to worry and says Virendra will be safe and return home. Neelam asks Malishka to think positively and says if she thinks negatively then negative things will happen.
Abhay thinks Neelam is scolding Malishka and asks Neelam how dare she insult Malishka and comments on their behaviour. Malishka asks Abhay to calm down and says Neelam isn’t insulting her. Harleen comments on Abhay’s behaviour.
Virendra asks Lakshmi to be happy and keep everyone else happy. Virendra asks Lakshmi to keep in mind that she is not inauspicious. He calls her Lakshmi Bhagya.
Kiran and Malishka apologise to the Oberoi family for Abhay’s behavior. Abhay also apologises to Neelam. Neelam says they are stressed over Virendra’s matter. Abhay asks what happened to Virendra. Malishka says Virendra’s car brake has failed. Kiran thinks Malishka planned this attack.
Lakshmi asks Virendra to hold the rope. She gets flashes of the past and how her parents died. The rope gets untied from the tree. Virendra falls off the clip. Lakshmi cries remembering her past moments with Virendra.
Abhay asks how the car brake failed. Malishka blames Lakshmi for it. Kiran comments on Lakshmi. Dadi takes Lakshmi’s side. Virendra falls on the rock and bleeds heavily. Lakshmi asks him to not leave her like her father. She loses her consciousness and is about to fall from the cliff but Rishi saves her on time. Ayush and Rishi see the car fall off the cliff. They cry for Virendra. They decide to go down to search for Virendra.
Rano calls Karishma to know about Lakshmi but Karishma ignores her call. Rishi and Ayush take Virendra and Lakshmi to the hospital. Rishi pleads with the doctors to save his father and Lakshmi. The doctor says Virendra’s condition is serious and they take Lakshmi and Virendra to the operating theatre. Rishi cries badly. Ayush tries to comfort Rishi saying everything will be fine. He asks Rishi to call Neelam. Rishi says he can’t. He blames himself for the accident. Ayush consoles him. Oberoi’s impatiently wait for Rishi’s call. Abhay calls Malishka why she called them. Maliska says she thought she will be caught but situation settled. She receives Rishi’s call. Karishma asks if it’s Rishi’s call. Malishka says yes. Dadi and Neelam ask Malishka to attend the call. Malishka picks up the call and asks Rishi if Virendra is fine.
