The episode starts with Ayush warning Anushka to stop tarnishing their image. Anushka tells the NGO women to see how Ayush is threatening her right in front of them. Rishi asks her to stop the drama, but Anushka argues that everyone has a past — including Lakshmi — so why are they only highlighting her past with Neel? Rishi sternly warns her not to take Lakshmi’s name and says he cares about Ayush and Shalu’s happiness. Anushka asks if they don’t care about her happiness. The Oberoi family tells Anushka that she is no longer part of their family. Anushka insists she doesn’t want to leave her family. Neelam questions why she wants to return to the house if she claims they tortured her. Anushka says she just wants her family back and creates a scene. The NGO women assure her they will help solve her problems.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi struggles to get out of the cold storage. The NGO women unite Ayush and Anushka’s hands, telling Anushka they will bring her luggage. As soon as they leave, Ayush lets go of Anushka’s hand and tells her that Shalu and his family mean everything to him, and he won’t tolerate anything against them. Anushka accuses Shalu of turning Ayush against her. She tries to throw Shalu out, but Ayush catches Shalu in time and brings her back inside.
Ayush complains to the NGO women, telling them that Anushka is manipulative and asking them not to trust her. The NGO women say Anushka is fighting for her rights, so they will support her. Anushka threatens to send Shalu to jail and mocks her, saying she and Lakshmi will never find happiness or love. Shalu warns her not to speak ill of Lakshmi. Pushing the limits, Anushka cruelly blames Shalu and Lakshmi for their parents’ deaths, saying their parents would have regretted raising them. Furious, Shalu slaps Anushka. When Anushka tries to slap her back, Ayush stops her.
Elsewhere, Balwinder questions Malishka about Lakshmi’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Anushka pushes Shalu, prompting Ayush to raise his hand in anger. He helps Shalu and warns Anushka to stay within her limits. But Anushka continues, claiming she’s right and insulting Shalu’s parents again. Shalu tearfully tells her not to speak about her parents.
Back in the cold storage, Lakshmi painstakingly removes the screws from the door, determined to escape. Ayush and Dadi console Shalu, while Neelam demands that Anushka leave. The NGO women refuse, saying the police are on their way and will decide what happens next. Aanchal tells the NGO women they trusted the wrong person, but the NGO women insist it’s up to the police.
Meanwhile, Malishka lies to Balwinder, saying Lakshmi is at the Oberoi house attending Shalu’s engagement. Frustrated, Balwinder leaves to find her. In the cold storage, Lakshmi assures her unborn baby that she will protect her.
Back at the Oberoi house, Anushka continues her tirade, calling Shalu a liar and begging everyone to see the “truth.” The Oberoi family tells her to stop spreading lies, but Anushka, in a fit of rage, throws black ink on Shalu’s face — leaving everyone shocked.
