The episode starts with Lakshmi saying to Neelam that if she does Ayush and Shalu’s marriage then she will go out of Rishi’s life. Neelam agrees. Lakshmi says to Neelam that she has to keep her word of doing Ayush and Shalu’s marriage and says only then will she leave Rishi. Neelam agrees to marry Ayush and Shalu and asks Lakshmi to get ready to leave out of Rishi’s life. Lakshmi leaves from there. Neelam looks at Kiran, Aanchal and Karishma.
Rishi returns home. Harleen asks Rishi how is Ayush. Rishi says Ayush is fine and he also regained consciousness. Harleen says it is a good thing. Rishi asks Harleen what is this. Harleen says she is taking lemon juice for Malishka as Malishka is not feeling well. Rishi says that is also why he came here. Harleen says to Rishi it is a good thing he came here to take care of Malishka and says they have to take care of Malishka really well as she is pregnant.
Karishma asks Neelam what is she doing as she has agreed to do Ayush and Shalu’s marriage. Neelam asks Karishma if she heard what Lakshmi said. Kiran goes to make a call. Karishma says to Aanchal that she would like to talk to Neelam alone and asks Aanchal to give them some privacy. Neelam says to Karishma that she can say what she wants to say infront of Aanchal. Karishma asks Aanchal to leave from here as she might not able to control herself she speaks to Neelam today. Aanchal asks Karishma how can she say that. Karishma says to Aanchal that is why she is asking her to leave so that it will be a matter in between Karishma and Neelam. Aanchal hearing it agrees and leaves from there.
Rishi brings lemon juice to Malishka. Malishka says to Rishi that she is feeling all alone. Rishi asks Malishka not to feel like that and says it is not good for her.
Neelam says to Karishma that Aanchal has left from here and says to Karishma that she can say what she wants. Karishma asks Neelam how can she be so selfish as to get Lakshmi out of Rishi’s life she is doing Ayush’s marriage with Shalu. Karishma argues with Shalu about it.
Malishka asks Rishi to take her out on a drive. Rishi agrees and says to Malishka that he will take her to the hospital to check on Ayush also. Malishka agrees. Rishi leaves from there. Malishka thinks now she has to see Lakshmi’s jinx face in the hospital.
Shalu sees Ayush’s condition is suddenly deteriorating and asks the nurse about it. The nurse goes to call the doctor. Lakshmi asks Shalu what happened. Shalu says to Lakshmi about Ayush’s deteriorating condition. The doctor comes and asks them to leave so they can check on Ayush.
Karishma says to Neelam that she will not agree to Ayush and Shalu’s marriage. Neelam says this marriage will happen no matter what. Karishma hearing it comments on Neelam and asks Neelam if she will do this marriage against her.
Kiran talks to Jaya over the phone. Jaya asks Kiran to give her money to her right away. Kiran says she will give her the money later. Jaya comments on Kiran. Jaya while talking with Kiran over the phone she hears someone talking in the back that it is the city hospital so she leaves to the city hospital to get money.
Neelam asks Karishma to understand that Lakshmi will leave out of Rishi’s life. Karishma comments on Neelam asks she is thinking about only her son and not about Karishma and Ayush. Karishma accuses Neelam of betraying her and stabbing her in the back. Karishma sees Rishi in the hospital and decides to tell Rishi everything and she says to Neelam about it.
