The episode starts with Malishka saying that Laksmi is fine. Rishi says that he knows Lakshmi is fine as she is the one who woke him up. Malishka says that she is the one who woke him up. Rishi gets confused and tells he saw Lakshmi. Ayush thinks you’re correct but I can’t reveal it because of my promise. Rishi asks them to take him to home. Family members tell him to take a rest. Rishi asks Dadi to convince dad and mom to take him home as he doesn’t want to stay in the hospital. Dadi asks them to talk with Doctor. Malishka says she will take care of him. Virendra agrees to talk with Doctor. Ayush hugs him. Rishi asks him how’s Lakshmi. Ayush tells him she is fine.
Lakshmi walks alone on the road at night. The unknown man is watching Lakshmi from the car. Lakshmi looks at him suspiciously when he gets out of the car and follows her. At the time an auto comes by and she gets in the auto and says where she has to go and looks at the suspicious person from the auto. Shalu wakes up in the middle of the night and searches for Lakshmi as she is nowhere to be found in the house. Shalu gets worried and calls Ayush. Ayush is already on the phone with the driver and says the driver to take the car out so that Rishi can be taken to home. Ayush takes Shalu’s call. She asks Ayush if Lakshmi comes to the hospital. Ayush confirms that Lakshmi has come to the hospital and she will come home soon. Ayush also says that Rishi will be discharged soon. Ayush asks her to take care of Lakshmi. Shalu asks Ayush to take care of Rishi jiju.
Shalu thinks Lakshmi loves Rishi and he will realise it soon. Lakshmi returns to bed. Shalu comes near Lakshmi. Lakshmi says that she knows what she thinks and nothing like that happened. Shalu asks what is she thinking. Lakshmi says you think that I went to the hospital to see Rishi. Shalu says she doesn’t think like that. Lakshmi says she couldn’t control herself and went to see Rishi. Shalu asks Lakshmi if she still wants Rishi.
Rishi rests in his room in his home and his family members start to leave and tell him to take a rest. Rishi calls his mom and says sorry. Neelam tells him to take a rest. Rishi asks his dad to do a favor. Virendra asks what is it. Rishi asks his Dad to wipe Neelam’s tears. Virendra does that. Neelam says don’t try to act cute to Rishi. Rishi asks Ayush a favor and asks him to ask apologies from mom and tells him to do 100 squats as punishment. Ayush asks to reduce the punishment and agrees to do 10 squats. When he does the first squat he acts as he got muscle sprain seeing their antics Neelam laughs and everybody laughs with her. Neelam scolds Rishi and tells him that he is their life. Rishi apologies to her and when those goons said close your eyes and remember the person you love the most, do you know whose face came in front of me? Yours. Malishka smiles and asks what about her? Rishi is speechless as he recalls he got Lakshmi’s face. Lakshmi says I want him in all births as he is good but he loves Malishka not me and one-sided love can’t be love so there is nothing between us. Bani wakes up and asks her to tell it straightly. Lakshmi tells to say her in a dream. They sleep. Lakshmi thinks of Rishi. Rishi coughs. Neelam asks him to take rest. He agrees. Everyone leaves then Rishi thinks about Lakshmi and recalls his moments with her and he misses her presence.
A man eyes Lakshmi at late night while she’s asleep. The Neighbour lady sees him and he leaves hearing the sound. Karishma says, before Lakshmi realises her mistake and returns, we will have to do something so that Neelam gets Rishi and Malishka married. Sonia agrees and tells Rishi loves Malishka. Malishka comes there and tells Rishi doesn’t love me and he loves his Mom. Kiran says she is his Mom and glad he remembers her not Lakshmi so don’t behave in this way and it’s good he loves his Mom and there is no chance for Lakshmi to enter this house. Karishma and Sonia ask her to forget about Lakshmi. Malishka thanks them for their suport. Next day neighbor lady informs Rano and everyone that there is a guy who is having his eyes on these girls. Rano says who can be that rascal. Balwinder enters saying, aunty, Namaste!!! Rano, Lakshmi, and her sisters gets shocked.
