The episode starts with Shalu spotting Malishka at the hospital. Malishka tries to escape, but Shalu confronts her, asking why she is leaving after seeing them. Malishka denies leaving because of them. Shalu questions Malishka about her presence at the hospital, and Malishka lies, saying she came for a checkup. Shalu explains that they are searching for Lakshmi because the police informed them they had seen her at the hospital that morning. Shalu then goes to continue searching for Lakshmi.
Shalu finds an unconscious nurse and revives her by sprinkling water on her face. Meanwhile, Malishka calls Balwinder and asks him to bring a welder to the hospital. Balwinder refuses at first, but Malishka emotionally blackmails him, and he eventually agrees.
Lakshmi is on the verge of losing consciousness but sees a vision of Rishi pleading with her to wake up for the sake of their baby. Gaining strength, Lakshmi opens her eyes and bangs on the cold storage door. Malishka vows to ensure Lakshmi doesn’t survive.
Shalu asks the nurse what happened, and the nurse explains that someone knocked her unconscious while she was heading to the cold storage room. Meanwhile, Rishi and Ayush show Lakshmi’s photo to the nurses, asking if they have seen her.
Balwinder sneaks into the hospital with the welder, carefully avoiding Rishi. Lakshmi, locked inside the cold storage, prays to God to protect her unborn baby.
Balwinder brings the welder to Malishka, who instructs him to weld the cold storage door shut. One of the nurses tells Rishi and Ayush that she saw a woman in a nurse’s uniform who resembled Lakshmi. Ayush offers to pay if they can check the CCTV footage. While one nurse refuses, another agrees to help them.
The welder backs out and leaves, unwilling to do Malishka’s dirty work. Furious, Malishka scolds Balwinder for bringing an unreliable welder and reveals she locked the unconscious nurse in a room. Determined, Balwinder takes money to the welder, buys the welding machine, and decides to handle the situation himself.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi continues praying to God to protect her baby.
