The episode starts with Malishka reminding Kiran that they came here for Rishi. Malishka asks Kiran where is Rishi. Malishka asks Kiran to go and get Rishi and says she wants Rishi here. Kiran gets fed up with Malishka’s lashing out at her. Kiran argues with Malishka about it saying she does a lot for her but Malishka doesn’t value what she does and comments on her.
Rishi opens Lakshmi’s reports to read it. A ward boy runs into Rishi and Rishi drops the file. Rishi later picks it up and leaves from there. Lakshmi worries about Rishi learning that she is pregnant seeing her pregnancy report.
Malishka says to Kiran she feels that Rano loves Lakshmi more than Kiran loves Malishka. Kiran gets offended hearing it comments on Malishka and leaves from there.
Neelam asks Kiran what is she doing here. Kiran spots Rishi and Ayush coming towards her. Kiran says to Neelam that she is worried for Malishka and Malishka is too stressed. Kiran says right now Malishka needs Rishi to be with her so that she will not be stressed. Neelam says Rishi will be with Malishka.
Rishi takes Neelam to aside and says to Neelam that right now she needs to talk to Lakshmi’s doctor as she is hiding something from him. Neelam asks Rishi to look at Lakshmi’s report then he will know what she is hiding. Rishi agrees and opens it. Lakshmi witnesses it and she acts as if she is going to fall. Rishi worries about Lakshmi and goes to her. Rishi asks Lakshmi if she is alright. Lakshmi says she is fine. Shalu comes to Rishi and Lakshmi. Lakshmi takes the report from Rishi and leaves from there with Shalu making up a reason.
Kiran spots Malishka coming towards them. Kiran asks Malishka what is she doing here and says she was bringing Rishi to her. Malishka falls on Rishi. Rishi catches her. Malishka says to Rishi that she wants to go home. Neelam and Kiran agree with Malishka and they take her to the Oberoi mansion.
Anushka thinks she has to do something so that Ayush will come to her and take her back to the Oberoi mansion. Neel asks Anushka to stop dreaming and says it will never happen.
Shalu asks Lakshmi if she is hiding something from her. Lakshmi assures Shalu that there is nothing for her to worry about and says she is fine. Lakshmi also says she will tell her the truth when the time is right.
Neel tells the difference between a man’s thinking and a woman’s thinking to Anushak and says Ayush will never take her back to Oberoi mansion. Anushka says then she will change her way and use Malishka to enter the Oberoi mansion.
Neelam and everyone return to
Oberoi mansion. Malishka acts as if she is really weak and asks Neelam to ask Kiran to carry her to her room as Kiran is upset with her. Neelam asks Rishi to carry Malishka to her room as Kiran will not be able to do it. Rishi agrees at Neelam’s insistence. Rishi carries Malishka in her arms and takes her to her room.
Lakshmi spots Rishi and Malishka. Neelam asks Rishi why did he stop. Lakshmi goes into her room. Rishi takes Malishka to her room.
