The episode starts with Lakshmi, She keeps praising Bharathi I’m front of Kannamma. She asks her to stop praising him instead go and stay in Hema’s house today reasoning she wanna go to Viluppuram for some hospital work. Lakshmi gets happy to hear it.
Kannamma shares this matter to Soundarya and asks her to allow Lakshmi to stay in her house for one day. Soundarya complaints that she is treating her like a third person she is her grand daughter she has all rights to stay here. Soundarya advises Kannamma to be careful in this mission. Kannamma thank her. Later Bharathi discusses with Ganesh about the process of transferring heart from Viluppuram to Chennai. Ganesh assures to him that everything going well. Sakthi’s parents asks Bharathi will he save their daughter? Bharathi assures to them that she will be alright after this surgery nothing to worry.
Sakthi’s parents share their grief to Bharathi. They share to Bharathi that Sruthi is their lifeline. They won’t be alive if something goes wrong. Bharathi complaints that Sakthi is already weak she will be in trouble if she see her parents in this state. He advises them to cheer Sakthi and encourage her to do the surgery. Meanwhile Kannamma takes Sakthi near Bharathi. Bharathi takes Promise from Sakthi that she shouldn’t be scared of anything. Bharathi gets surprise to hear that Sakthi is well aware of her surgery. Sakthi thank Bharathi for gonna do her surgery.
Sakthi’s parents get emotional when did Sakthi assures to them that she won’t be lazy to get up tomorrow morning and get ready asap for the surgery reasoning everyone working hard for her. She assures to Bharathi that she won’t be scared he can do her operation without fear. Bharathi appreciates her confidence level.
Sakthi asks Bharathi to give this thanks to Kannamma reasoning she was the one motivated her to be brave. Kannamma hugs her and appreciates her. Kannamma and her team leaves from there. Later Lakshmi reaches to Soundarya’s house. Everyone gets happy to see her there. Kumar informs to them that Kannamma went outside. Soundarya teases Lakshmi for excited to send Kumar back. Lakshmi and Hema are discussing about Bharathi and appreciates him. Bharathi comes there and enquires to Lakshmi why is she here? Soundarya informs to him that Kannamma went out that’s why she is here.
Hema and Lakshmi congratulates him for his effort. His family also encourages him. But Bharathi feels nervous about Sakthi’s health. Soundarya noticed it and send kids inside. Bharathi shares Sakthi’s health condition to her. Bharathi feels nervous and shares his emotional connection with the kid. He explains the process of heart transplant to him. Soundarya encourages him to do it well.
