The episode starts with Soundarya reveals to Kannamma that Hema is her own daughter. Kannamma gets shock to hear it. Soundarya tells her that Hema is her second twin daughter. Kannamma questions her again emotionally to confirm whether she hears the rights or wrong? Soundarya nods to her. Kannamma reminds her moments she spended with Hema and gets emotional.
Soundarya says to her that Hema sticks to Kannamma not even know she is her mother. She gave birth to Hema that’s why her blood link made her come behind her always. She loves Kannamma to the core. Soundarya tells her that Hema didn’t lived in ant slum and begging for money. She lived with her father, grand mother and father. She is living in a luxurious life. Kannamma says to her that all are cheating her Is it true?
Soundarya tells her these many days she lied but today she is saying the truth. Hema is her own daughter she would have confessed this truth to her before itself she hidden this truth for a reason. She felt guilty for hiding this truth from her these many years. Kannamma asks her to swear on her name. She promises to her again.

Soundarya tells her that Kannamma was in labour pain Soundarya called Venba for help and goes to temple. When she returned to hospital she was not there Tulasi informed to her one doctor done delivery to her she gave birth to a daughter. She doesn’t know whom was that doctor on that time.
After that Kannamma got pain again she done her delivery without option. She took her one of the twins and left from hospital. She lied to Bharathi that Hema was adopted his and asked him to Upbring her. Bharathi was in depression on that time he gave all love to Hema and upbring her. He never hesitate to show love on her. This truth knew by Akhil and Venu. One Day Kannamma left this place. She returned to this place after so many years. Both kids studied in same school and become friends she understands the blood relation. Kannamma reminds her moment with Hema.
Kannamma hugs Soundarya and cries. Kannamma kisses on her hand for feeding to her baby and upbring Hema in well manners. Soundarya says to Kannamma that her daughter living with her own father and grand parents. Kannamma questions her why did she done like this? Why did she hidden this truth from her these many years?

He will well bond with her one day both Kannamma and Bharathi will live together for those kids face. Her only intention is to unite both. She is not a sadist to separate a mother and daughter. She didn’t slept well till this day for her sin. She sended Hema to Kannamma’s house to get rid of her guilt.
Kannamma questions her Is Bharathi know this truth? She denies it. Kannamma says to her that she has angry on her though she is thankful for revealing truth at least now.
