The episode starts with Mallika calling Bharti on Venba saying to help her. She says that Venba was remanded for 15 says remand in jail. She asks him to consult a lawyer to get bail for her. Bharti says that he cannot help her and apologizes for the same. Shanti gets shocked and pleads him to get Venba out of the jail but hey doesn’t listen to her and cuts the call. Shanti fumes and curses Bharti for not valuing Venba’s love and blames Venba for loving such unworthy person.
Kannama is shattered and shocked with Bharti’s divorce notice. Her brother comes back from market and finds Kannama upset. He asks the reason for it and Kannama breaks down in front of him and says that Bharti sent divorce notice for her. She says they were separated for so many years but didn’t get divorce and cries. He consoles her and they both leave.
Bharti comes to upset Lakshmi while Kannama brings food for Hema. Bharti asks what happened and why she’s upset. Lakshmi says that she learnt the truth that her father was not in Dubai and is here only. She says that he doesn’t like her mother and that’s why she left home.
Bharti gets angry thinking that Kannama said bad about him to her but Lakshmi says that he’s not a bad person but a very good person who helps other. Bharti gets relieved. On the other hand, Hema too praises about Bharti yo Kannama. Kannama thinks that she needs Hema but she can’t give pain to her by separating her from her father. She wants to have her with him.
Venba calls Shanti secretly from Warden’s mobile. She asks if she spoke with Bharti. Shanti says that he refused to do any help for her. Venba gets shocked hearing it and couldn’t believe it. Shanti says he lashed out at her for continuously pleading him. She says that she did so much for him and he still didn’t value her.
Venba felt cheated and wonders how’s it possible as he brainwashed him against his own family. She asks if he found any truth about what she did to Kannama. Warden snatches mobile from her scared of getting caught and leaves. Kannama stops Bharti and they both discuss about divorce. Bharti says its necessary for them to get separated legally and assures to give lots of alimony for her. Kannama refuses it but Bharti doesn’t let her speak and leaves.
Lakshmi asks Kannama the reason for her being upset but Kannama doesn’t answer. He gives her food and Lakshmi takes care of Kannama. Akilan and his wife discuss about Bharti and Kannama. They wonder the reason for the sudden move by Bharti to divorce Kannama. He asks Anjali to take care of the baby and Anjali gets worried. Venba is thinking of various reasons for which Bharti refused to help her and is sure that he found some truth regarding her.
