The episode starts with Nandini saying to Kannamma that both Bharathi and Kannamma are fighting with each other like a couple. She thinks that they are lovers. Bharathi says that he is a school owner. She is just a staff member in his school. She was his friend in his childhood days. There is no relationship between them. Kannamma says that she has no feelings for him. Both glared at each other. Nandini says that both are glaring at the same time. Bharathi is not ready to accept his feelings for Kannamma. She asks him to pay the bill.
Nandini asks Kannamma whether Dhanam’s goons have come to attack her. Kannamma nods to her. She adds that she hasn’t shared anything with Bharathi yet. She fears getting caught. Nandini says to her that she will give pressure to the police. She adds that Dhanam is believing that Chithra is dead. It seems Goons haven’t informed her about it yet. She is safe for now. She assures Kannamma to take care of her from her mother’s place. Kannamma thanked her.
Bharathi asks Nandini why they are talking seriously. Nandini says that she thanked Kannamma for saving him. Bharathi asks Kannamma why she is crying for it. She glares at him. Later, Kannamma struggles to sit in a jeep. Bharathi put his hand to hold. He helps her to wear the seat belt when she is struggling. She admires him. Kannamma recalls the way Bharathi helped her. Bharathi asks her why she is staring at him like that? She was lost in some thoughts. She was the one who asked him to take her to the beach. She stood like a statue there and demanded him to leave in 5 minutes. She refuses to answer him. Bharathi and Kannamma steal each other’s glances.
Bharathi thinks that she is a good person too. Bharathi drops her at Kannamma’s house. Kannamma thanked Bharathi for fighting with goons, protected her whole night and dropped her at home. Bharathi thanks Kannamma for accompanying him to Chennai, answered to the Inspector’s questions and saved his life.
Kannamma requests him not to inform this news of anyone in her family. They will be scared to hear it. Bharathi assures her. Meanwhile, Madhu notices them. Bharathi informs Shanmugam that they got approval. He invites Bharathi to drink tea. He tells him that he will do it next time. Shanthi inquires her what happened to her hand? Kannamma lies to him that she helped him to change Stepney. Her hand hurt at that time. Madhu notices Bharathi and Kannamma’s relationship getting better. Later, Kannamma talks with Bhagya. Shanmugam asks Kannamma to take a rest, reasoning she travelled a lot. If her hands are paining, then take a leave. Shanthi is shocked to hear it.
Shanmugam asks Shanthi to give hot water to Kannamma. Madhu takes Kannamma from there. Meanwhile, Bharathi returns home. He informs Soundarya that he got the approval. Soundarya appreciates him. Her brother asks her to handover the office responsibility to him. Selvam says to Soundarya that Shanmugam called him now. Kannamma got hurt. Bharathi lies to her that she got hurt when she helped him to change Stepney. Soundarya calls Kannamma to inquire about her health. Kannamma assures her that she is fine. Venba comes there to greet him. Everyone makes faces after seeing Venba gift alcohol to Bharathi. Bharathi thanks her for a formality and leaves.
