The episode starts with Soundarya inquiring Bharathi about his hunger strike. Bharathi assures her that he was doing better. He will stop this hunger strike in three days. Soundarya advises him to stop this and eat something. Bharathi assures her that he already sent letter to important officials. He will end this strike asap. Soundarya warns him that she won’t eat food until he end this strike. He is skipping food on the love on Kannamma. But she loves his son a lot. She is not able to eat food when her son struggling there. Bharathi tells her that he is not able to do anything if she behave like that. Soundarya tells him that she will join with him there. Bharathi says to her that villagers isolated him. He is not able to see her struggling with him. He assures her that everything will be alright.
Bharthi demands Akhil to make sure Soundarya eating food. He will be on line. Anjali feeding food to Soundarya but she refused to eat it. Soundarya starts eating it after everyone compelling her. Bharathi disconnects the call in happy. Meanwhile, Villagers complaints to president that Kannamma seek Bharathi’s help. What to do with her? President tells him that she seek his help to save Pooja’s life. How will he isolate her for it? He adds that Pooja had health issues. But Tamarai didn’t care about it thinking it as her weaknesses. He gave second birth to her. He adds that they sent application to minister to build hospital. But no one responded to it. If something happen to him then they will take him to hospital. Meanwhile, Lakshmi talking with Bharathi. Kannamma demands Lakshmi to sit inside the house. Bharathi faints down there. Ganapati asks Kannamma to save him but she ignores him. Tamarai gives water to Bharathi but she refused to drink it. Tamarai asks him what’s the need to struggle like this for villagers? Bharathi is adamant in his decision. Kabnamma refuses to eat food.
Minister visits Bharathi. He asks Bharathi what’s the need to do a hunger strike. Bharathi informs him that he wants to support this villagers. They need a hospital here. Minister informs him that he already give the permission to him to contact him if he need anything. If he didn’t helped him then he wouldn’t have alive yet. He can contact him through a phone call or meet him in straight instead of doing hunger strike. He shouldn’t have do this hunger strike. He got his letter later. He would have reach him asap. Minister family members thanked him. Minister assures him to talk with Central minister about it. He gives the permission letter to Bharathi and assures them to build a new hospital there.
Bharathi and villagers gets happy to hear it. Bharthi asks the minister to give the permission letter to the president reasoning they sent requests to them but it was rejected. Minister says to them some misunderstanding happened there. He assures them to build a hospital for them. Bharathi asks him to give the permission letter to the village president.
Minister asks them to give juice to Bharathi. Tamarai gives the juice to him. Tamarai says to Kannamma that Bharathi fulfilled his word. Villagers says to Bharathi that they won’t accept Bharathi’s help. Ganapati says to villagers that they doesn’t have shame to say like that. He complaints that Bharathi risked his life to bring a hospital here but they are isolating him. Doesn’t they take a snake biten person to hospital. He got saved at the last moment. What if something happen to him? Who will answer to his family members? They are giving importance to their ego then a life. Villagers stands silent there.
