The episode starts with Kannamma is going in auto. Driver Kumar is talking to her about the new order. Kannamma is feeling not well. She feels like her head is spinning around. She faints inside the auto. Kumar notices her and stops the auto. He splashes water on her face. She gets back her consciousness.
He enquires her what’s happened to her? She replies as nothing. He asks her to go with him to hospital. She deny it reasoning that she wanna deliver the lunch box to school. He scolds her that Lakshmi always fears this to happen that’s why she used to compell her to go hospital.
Kannamma asks him to don’t worry let’s go to school. He compell her to go to hospital but she deny it. She asks him to deliver the lunch and she will go back to home and takes rest. Tulasi comes on that time so she sends Kumar from there and starts walking with her to home. Tulasi scolds her for being careless in her health matters.
Anjali and Akhil comes out of their room and informs to Soundarya and Venu that today is Anjali check up date. He is taking her to hospital. Soundarya asks him to drive carefully reasoning that Anjali is pregnant now. He assures to her.
Soundarya reminds how the way she asked Shanmugam to take Kannamma from the house reasoning she is not capable to give heir to her. Then she reminds the moment where Bharathi informed to her that Kannamma is expecting. She feels emotional thinking about it all. Venu questions her what happened?
Soundarya narrates to him what’s running on her mind. She blamed her as not capable to give heirs to her but Kannamma gave birth to twins. Even after she gave heirs to this house she is not lucky to live here. If Bharathi and Kannamma are in good terms they would have go out together like Akhil and Anjali. Venu takes Soundarya out to change her mood.
Tulasi and Kannamma are walking to home. Tulasi complaints that she is not listening to Lakshmi how many times she pleads her to consult doctor. Kannamma replies she was sick after she ate that tablets. Tulasi blames her for eating tablets without consulting doctor.
Kannamma faints down. Tulasi gets tensed then peoples gathered there and stops Bharathi car and asks him to help her. Bharathi rushes to there but get disappointed seeing Kannamma so he starts walking away from her. Tulasi begged him to help her so he checks her and finds her pulse is low. He takes her to hospital and checking her.
Tulasi thinks that Bharathi is the one helping Kannamma in her misery. He done delivary to her and this time too. God is always bring him near Kannamma in her helpless state. Its mean that god wanna see them together. She will be alright if he accepts her back in his life. Bharathi informs to Tulasi that kannamma is in danger.
