The episode starts with Swapna requesting Kavya to leave. Raj calls security. Kavya says no need. She says she will never enter their house and leaves. Kanakam asks Swapna if she can walk. She signs Swapna. Swapna acts like she couldn’t walk. Raj lifts Swapna in his arms. Kanakam feels happy. Kavya feels bad recalling Swapna’s behavior. Appu comes there. She tells Kavya that she is angry towards Swapna and calls her to come with her to teach a lesson to Raj. Kavya says it’s a waste of time. She asks Appu to bring Kanakam and Swapna home safely. She leaves.
Raj takes Swapna to his bedroom. Swapna feels good seeing Raj’s room. Servants take care of Swapna. Swapna sees Raj is waiting outside. Swapna decides to make Raj enter inside. She shouts in pain. Raj enters inside and uses cold congress on her leg by himself. He says he will call Doctor. Swapna says no need and says her mom is waiting for her outside. Kanakam hears it and scolds her daughter to herself. Raj helps Swapna to get up but she falls again. He catches her on time. Kanakam captures it from the window. Raj makes Swapna sleep on his bed and massages her feet.
Kalyan searches for Kavya. He collides with Appu. He says sorry bro. Appu gets angry. Rekha and Raj’s sister tease Raj. They interact with Swapna. Rekha asks who’s the girl who came with her in the cap. Swapna lies Appu is her bodyguard. Raj sends his sister and Rekha. He says he will call Doctor.
Aparna and Dhanya Lakshmi see Kanakam in the hall and take her inside Raj’s room. Kanakam acts like she is worried for her daughter. Aparna asks Raj to ask Doctor to come quickly. Raj calls Doctor. Aparna asks where they live. Kanakam lies to them. Swapna thinks she has to create an opportunity to meet Raj. She hides her earring under the pillow.
Rahul tells Raj that the media is circulating news of him with Swapna but it’s fine as she is beautiful. Raj says she is the goddess of beauty. Rahul decides to trap the girl Raj likes.
At home, Krishnamurthy asks Kavya why she returns home without her mother and sister. Kavya says Appu is with them. Kittamma says Appu is enough. Seetharamaya asks Raj if Swapna is fine. Raj says Swapna is fine. He says he wants to gift Swapna for not interrupting their cultural activity. Seetharamaya says it’s good. Krishnamurthy asks Kavya why they didn’t return. He says he is tense for them. He asks why she returns. Kavya says she realised in childhood that rich people are not worthy so she doesn’t want to stay at Duggirala’s house. Doctor checks Swapna. Dhanalakshmi asks Kanakam about her whereabouts. Swapna diverts them by talking to doctor in English.
