The episode starts with Raj giving water to Sitha Ramayya. He tells Sitha Ramayya that he will take him to the hospital as he is feeling uncomfortable. Sitha Ramayya says he is fine. Raj says they are searching for the best hospital for his treatment. Sitha Ramayya says doctors can’t cure his cancer and they just increase my life span. He asks Raj to not let anyone in the family know about his condition. Raj agrees and asks him to take a rest. Sitha Ramayya says he is getting sufficient rest. He asks Raj if he is showering fake Love on Kavya for his happiness? Raj is worried about hearing it. He says he didn’t do it. Sitha Ramayya says your love is looking fake, so don’t do it as you can’t answer Kavya’s questions if she learns the truth. Raj says he is changing and accepting Kavya as his wife. Sitha Ramayya says he wishes to see their happiness in the 3 months he has. He leaves. Raj decides to be careful.
Krishnamurthy asks Kanakam whom she has been calling for so long. Kanakam says I’m calling Swapna to scold her for going on honeymoon in pregnancy but the call is not connecting. Appu comments on it.
Sitha Ramayya is going to serve Avakaya to him. Raj stops him and says it’s not good for his health. Indira asks them to not make her husband patient by their over-protection. Sitha Ramayya says he will follow Raj’s suggestion. Everyone starts eating food. Raj asks Kavya to join them for dinner. Kavya says she will eat after serving everyone. Raj comments and asks Kavya to join them for dinner. Sitha Ramayya asks Kavya to listen to Raj. Kavya agrees. Kavya sits beside Raj. Raj serves food to Kavya. Rudrani says to Aparna that Raj completely fell into Kavya’s trap. Kavya suddenly has a cough. Raj helps Kavya and makes her drink water. Aparna gets infuriated with Raj caring for Kavya. Everyone feels happy. Kavya admires Raj. Raj asks her to eat. Kavya agrees. Later Kavya says she is done and is about to stand up. Kavya’s saree stuck to Raj’s watch. Dhanya Lakshmi and others misunderstand it. Dhanya Lakshmi reminds Raj that it’s not their bedroom. Kavya takes her pallu and leaves from there.
Anamika admires Kalyan’s photo. Subramanyam asks Anamika to confess her love to Kalyan. Anamika says she will confess her love after knowing Kalyan’s feelings for her. Subramanyam asks her not to take too much time. Anamika agrees.
Raj scolds his watch for booking him at the dining table. Indira asks Kavya to take flowers. Kavya asks if flowers are for god. Indira says it’s for Raj and puts it in Kavya’s hair. Dhanya Lakshmi asks Kavya to take milk too. Kavya says it will scare Raj but agrees with their insistence. Kavya enters the room with milk. Raj questions Kavya’s look and asks why she came with milk. Kavya teases him.
