The episode starts with Kalai, Anbu, Saradha and Venba talking about how to save Shanmugam. Kalai says they can save dad if they find the lady who posed as a pregnant woman. Saradha says Shanmugam didn’t even take money from that lady thinking she’s pregnant. Venba brings food for Saradha as she hasn’t eat anything since morning. The trio feed her. Saradha breaks down. The trio console her.
Yazhini thinks Kavin’s behavior keeps increasing her doubts. She says she can’t give up on him. She sneaks into Kavin’s room. She takes Kavin’s phone and checks the call log. She doesn’t find Venba’s number and concludes he was pretending to talk to Venba in front of Mallika. She cries saying he makes so much effort to save Shanmugam but he doesn’t make the same efforts for their marriage. She then notices Kavin and Yazhini’s selfie. Kavin moves in his sleep. Yazhini puts back the phone and runs out of the room.
She cries. She says everything is clear now. Nandhini was right. He loves Venba. He has visited her today. He acted in front of his mom to save Venba’s dad. She says she can’t sacrifice him. She will make him understand her love.
The next morning, everyone is having breakfast. Mallika asks Kavin to have food. Yazhini asks Mallika if their marriage date is confirmed since she has to inform her close friends. Dharma says Kavin just now got discharged from the hospital, what’s the need to hurry. Kavin agrees with Dharma and asks to postpone the marriage. Mallika asks why. He says he’s mind is upset. He further tells even she’s upset after government closed he dream institution.
Mallika says when she’s not worried about it, why he’s taking tension. Kavin says Saradha is accusing her. Mallika says she will definitely accuse her since she doesn’t like her. Kavin says he can’t get married before proving to the world that they’re innocent. Mallika says Venba brainwashed him. Yazhini agrees with Mallika. She says he changed a lot. Dharma scolds Yazhini. Mallika says if he wants she can bail Shanmugam out of the jail but in returns he should marry Yazhini. She walks away while Kavin looks shocked.
Kavin spots Venba going on her bike. He stops her. He tells to Venba that she was right about his mom, but his mom isn’t bad. Someone must be behind her and make her do all this. They have to find out that person. Venba says her dad got trapped by Mallika. They have to save him. Kavin says his mom is corning him asking him to marry Yazhini.
Venba says she can sacrifice her love for her dad. Kavin says he can’t as he wants her. He will find a way to save her dad without marrying Yazhini. He kisses Venba lying that Saradha is standing there. Venba gets stunned and looks at him while Kavin smiles.
