The episode starts with Dharma discussing with the man that he’s arranged to kidnap Yazhini. The man asks what’s the plan as the previous plan is dropped. Dharma observes Kavin and Yazhini from upstairs. Ravi shows the car driver to Kavin and asks for some money, which Kavin gives him.
Dharma tells to the man to observe how Kavin is counting the money using his saliva. Dharma says tomorrow morning he will give him some money in which he will apply sleeping tablets powder. The blind man continues as he is blind, he will take Kavin’s help to count that notes. When Kavin will get unconscious, he will kidnap him. Dharma says all he wants is this marriage shouldn’t happen.
Venba cries recalling Kavin and Yazhini kissing each other. Seeing Sevandhi she wipes her tears. Sevandhi questions why she is crying seeing Kavin and Yazhini’s closeness. Venba says nothing like that. Sevandhi angrily says stop acting like this. Just then Kavin and ravi come there and overhear Venba and Sevandhi. The latter tells she will keep lying to Kavin she doesn’t love him, but anyone who will see her can easily see all the love that she has for Kavin. She asks Venba to admit her feelings at least now. No matter how much Kavin plans, he can do nothing without her consent.
Sevandhi asks Venba not to spoil her life thinking to sacrifice her love for Chithi. Venba leaves crying. Kavin gets happy and thanks Sevandhi as its confirmed that Venba loves him, when she was keep crying without saying anything. Ravi says he’s also feeling relieved. He adds if Venba agrees ok, if not they will kidnap her.
Kavin and Yazhini are sitting on the stage. When the relatives of groom and bride are called to the stage for nalangu function. Saradha unconsciously walks towards the stage. Then she realizes she has no blood relation with Yazhini and sadly sits back. Shanmugam comes and sits next to her.
Saradha points towards Mallika, who is performing nalangu rituals, saying she’s Kavin’s mom as Shanmugam wanted to see her. When Mallika turns, Shanmugam gets shocked seeing Mallika. He hears flashback voice, Mallika saying she loves him, then pleading him to accept her love.
Saradha tells to Mallika that she blackmailed her to show how one would have felt getting tortured. She asks her not to worry. She says Gowri is happy and she’s also happy. One should hide the sadness and share the happiness with others. Gowri and Dharma finish applying nalangu to Yazhini. The latter calls Saradha as amma and asks to apply Nalangu for her. She asks where is Shanmugam appa.
Shanmugam is worried thinking Mallika will not leave Venba if she gets to know that Venba is the daughter of the one who had declined her love. He says he shouldn’t have came to this function. Shanmugam hears everyone searching for him and hides behind the pillar. The ladies asks Saradha to apply Nalangu as it’s getting late. Saradha happily performs the rituals.
A lady asks anyone to sing a song. Yazhini requests Saradha to sing a song for her sake. She keeps requesting Saradha. Deeba also says to sing as her favorite daughter is asking. Mallika asks Saradha to sing for the sake of Yazhini’s happiness. Saradha starts singing a song.
