The episode starts with Mallika saying that she was having blood vomits frequently due to tension. Doctor seconds her and checks her blood pressure high. She scolds her for not listening to her advise and getting tensed. Mallika says family issues but Doctor says that it’s not any minor disease but she is suffering from brain tumor. Gowri got shocked hearing it. Doctor advises her to get the surgery done soon given her condition but Mallika refuses. Doctor threatens to call Kavin to say the truth but Mallika refuses. Despite lots of advices Mallika stood firm in her decision. She asks Doctor to give an injection which she gave earlier as it helped her better.
Doctor says it’s not any normal injection and advises her to be careful. She gets her injection shit. She comes out of the cabin ti find Gowri. She got shocked seeing her. Gowri confronted Mallika about her visit. Mallika lies that she’s having headache. Gowri asks her not to lie as she heard everything shocking Mallika. Mallika asks her not to say anything to anyone but Gowri wants to say to Kavin. She confronted Mallika that why didn’t she say the truth to anyone.
Mallika says if she says to Kavin then he will immediately come to her but she don’t want that. Gowri asks why didn’t she say anything to Dharma but Mallika says they won’t tolerate. Gowri asks her to leave her pride and get her surgery done but Mallika is adamant that she won’t before the three months of her challenge gets completed. Gowri is not convinced and wants to say the truth to Kavin but Mallika took promise from her to not say anything to him or else she’ll disappear forever from their lives. Gowri promises unwilling.
Subbu and Natraj asks Kavin and Venba where they are taking the but they ask them to wait. They gets shocked when Kavin brings them to hospital. Kavin says that he wanted to get her cured as he couldn’t see her like this. Subbu tries avoiding that she don’t have old reports but Kavin convinces her and takes her in forcibly. Kavin net with Doctor while Mallika is also present there.
She gets angry when Kavin introduces Subbu as his mother. He demands Doctor to cure Subbu and expresses his love for Subbu. Doctor asks him not to worry as it can be cured by taking proper rest only. Gowri feels bad for Mallika who’s listening to everything. She thinks that Kavin is showering love on Subbu referring her as mother when his own mother’s life is at stake.
