The episode starts with Kavin driving off while Venba entering into Nathan’s house compound. Natraj praises Kavin’s talent to his wife and tells how he recovered the deleted file and saved him from the trouble. He then adds that people with Natraj name are smartsmart and he brags. Natraj then sits to have lunch. He shouts as it’s too much spicy. He scolds his wife for adding chili powder two times in the food. Yet he continues to eat as he’s starving.
The calling bell rings. Subulakshmi opens the door. Venba tells that she has come seeing the job offer add given by them on the newspaper. She adds that Natraj gave her appointment Subulakshmi takes Venba inside the house. Natraj tells his wife that he gave the add. He says that he’s busy with his business and Subulakshmi is busy with her court case works, so he gave add to find an employee who can manage the house. Subulakshmi strats shouting. Natraj shouts and coughs due to spiciness in the food. Subulakshmi goes to water for Natraj. In the meantime Venba enquires to Natraj what happened. Natraj says that his wife is forgetful and she added three times chilli powder forgetting that she had it already. Venba goes to the kitchen. She grinds the country and adds it to the curry. She then serves the content to Natraj. The latter tastes it and praises Venba which irks Subulakshmi Natraj gets impressed with Venba and decides to appoint Venba as housekeeper. Subulakshmi is against it, but she can’t say anything as Natraj is adamant.
Later Venba learns that Natraj wants to appoint her as the housekeeper and gets into a dilemma whether to accept this job or not. Natraj says that they don’t have kids and expects an housekeeper who can also act as their daughter. His wife doesn’t easily let anyone come inside the house, but she allowed Venba means that she felt that she is a good person. He gives Venba some time to think and decide.
Venba thinks that she needs to support Kavin financially, but Kavin will get hurt if he learns that she’s working as an housekeeper. She wonders what to do and decides to refuse the job offer. She stops on seeing Natraj caring his wife Subulakshmi. She thinks that the couple are good people, but they don’t have kids. She decides to accept the job, but she decides to hide it from Kavin.
Natraj gets happy when Venba tells him that she accepts to work for him. Natraj gives 15 thousands as advance money from her salary. Venba hesitates to take it in the beginning, but accepts at the end. She thinks to get a phone for Kavin first. Natraj asks Venba if she’s married as they don’t accept married people as employees. Venba lies that she’s unmarried. Natraj then tells that hereafter Venba’s name will be Subulakshmi, so he can scold his wife indirectly. Venba nods ok. Natraj tells to Subulakshmi that Venba’s name is also Subulakshmi and she is joing from today. He tells Venba to vist the house. Natraj shouts Subulakshmi shocking Venba.
