Episode begins with Rajveer returns to hospital and he asks God to give all of Karan’s pain to him. Karan asks Seher to send Param out of the room otherwise he won’t talk to anyone. Seher asks him that what is he saying when Param realised his mistake. Param holds Karan’s hand and asks to forgive him. Karan pushes his hand and asks others that didn’t they hear what he said. Seher asks him that what is he doing. Karan tells her that Param is not his brother but just a selfish guy. Param recalls their promise of staying together always and leaves from there. Seher reminds Karan about their promise and tells him that Param is their brother.
Harleen tells Param that he also saw that how Karan behaved with him. Rajveer thinks that he tried to break Seher’s family so she leave him but he never thought it will turn out like this. Nurse treats Param’s injury. Harleen tells him that no one noticed his injury and Karan just hates him. She says to him that Karan is jealous of him. He tells her that he respects her so much but whatever happening is not right. She tells him that she loves him and she is ready to fight against anyone for his rights and she won’t hesitate to go any extend for him. She hopes that Karan won’t give statement against Param.
Seher goes to Rajveer. He asks her about Karan’s condition. She informs him that Karan feeling better and getting rest now. She thanks him for saving Karan’s life even though they were not in good terms. He tells her that everything happens according to their destiny. He asks her to stop her melodrama because he would have done this for anyone. She tells him that she knows that his heart is pure. He asks her to leave because he want to sleep. She notices his feet injury and asks him that how it happened. He tells her that it’s nothing. She brings medicine for him and he goes to washroom. After some time, he backhugs her and it turns out to be her dream ( Phir Le Aya Dil song plays in the background ).
Param recalls Karan’s words. Kids comes there and gives milk to him. He hugs them and recalls that how he used to hug Karan and Seher. Kids tells him that their mother gives milk to them so they sleeps peacefully. They says to him that they knows that he didn’t hit Karan deliberately.
Next day, Rajveer thinks that he did wrong by creating rift between Param and Karan. Bittu tells Seher that Police may reach hospital anytime to get Karan’s statement. She tells him that Karan won’t send Param to jail. Kulwant gives Meher’s diary to Karan. Meanwhile, Param also gets Meher’s diary. They reads it and recalls the moments they shared with their parents. Seher asks Karan to forgive Param for her sake. He asks her that why Param took Harleen’s side. She tells him that no one can remove him from their heart. She says to him that he also knows that how much Param loves him and if he didn’t forgive Param then everything will be messed up. Harleen instigates Param against Karan.
