The episode begins with Sarab asking Nurse Lalitha whom she is sending Meher’s file.Lalitha Nurse starts to say something but then Sarab says he is talking about the file.The nurse gets relieved and lies that she brought it by mistake and hands it over to him.Sarab leaves with file and Lalitha sighs in relief.Sarab sees Param crying outside Meher’s room.He rushes to Sarab and hugs him.Flashback shows Param and Yuvraj standing near the basket in which Peri is inside.They wonder what is inside and together push the basket down.The apples on top falls down.Peri sneaks away.Sarab sees Meher and Peri hides.Sarab shows her an apple asking her to take a bite.Meher refuses.Sarab asks her what is wrong.Meher says she feel restless and that something bad is going to happen.She further says that after what happened yesterday,the Sandhus wont keep quiet.Sarab tells her not to worry and when they both are together ,they can face any war.
Flashback ends and Sarab cries holding Meher’s hands saying he can’t take any decisions without her.He worries that with each passing minute,the time is slipping through his hands.He cries how he will take a decision to choose between her and the baby.Flashback shows in which Jeeto curses Ginny for insulting her to Bittu.Bittu tells her to stop it and not to get him involved in co-sisters fight.Rana comes there and shows them his sherwani.Jeeto was about to say something to Rana but Bittu stops her.Harleen gestures to a servant towards Rana who then pours juice on Rana pretending to be accidental.Rana and Jeeto scold him and Harleen too scolds the servant asking him to get lost.She tells Rana to go to his room and she will get new sherwani.Rana tells Bittu he will just clean his sherwani and come back.Harleen Messages Peri that Rana is coming to his room.
Rana comes to room and Peri who was hiding inside places a kerchief filled with Chloroform on Rana’s face.Rana struggles and throws away a glass vase.He them faints.Meher sees the broken vase and asks who is there.Just then Harleen comes and asks her to attend guests downstairs.She tells that servants must have done it and send Meher away.She gives the sherwani to Peri and asks him to be ready and wear shehra. She tells him that its her last chance.Harleen hears Kulwant’s laugh in the corridor and thinks she can laugh all she wants and soon she will only cry.Flashback ends. Kulwant and others bring Meher to operation theatre.The doctor says her pulse is dropped and is shifted to OT.Lalitha informs a woman on phone about it.The woman asks if they are taking her to OT.Lalitha confirms same.Param starts crying badly and says sorry to Sarab and that he was the one responsible for what happened to Meher Mumma.Sarab says it wasn’t his fault.He tells Sarab if something happens to her,he will cry forever.Kulwant tries to calm him.
Eight hours ago.Flash back is shown again.Meher and Sarab welcomes Sandhu saying a guest is God even if its enemy.Meher asks if he has come to bless Ginny.Sarab asks or else to apologize.Sandhu looks over at Harleen who shows him thumbs up.Sandhu laughs and says for both.He greets Harleen.Meher takes Sarab and says Partyji hasn’t come yet.Sarab asks what and tells her that he had already told her to send someone to pick him and says its not right to just call.Harleen taunts Meher do not have any responsibility.Meher says his phone is off.Sarab tells them that he will bring Partyji.Meher too leaves with him.
Shortly Partyji comes.Kulwant asks why he didn’t pick the call and he tells her his phone battery dried.Harleen calls Sarab asking them to come home soon.Sarab asks her to start arrangements and they will be there.Harleen and Bittu brings bride and groom.After they are seated Param goes and lifts the gunghat of bride and smiles at Meher.He says Congrats Ginny Di.And says congrats Rana mamu to Sarab who had disguised as groom.The wedding proceeds.Amrita tells Kulwant that Meher and Sarab are on their way back.
Ginny and Rana are off in bike and Rana says all thanks to Sarab and Meher they had escaped on time.They leave to registrar office.Sarab and Meher recollects their earlier wedding and all their close moments tearfully as the wedding progress.Harleen suddenly gets suspicious and tells Robby the girl don’t look lime Ginny and neither the boy looks like Rana.She stops them asking who they are.Sandhu says what question is this and says its his son Peri.Sarab and Meher reveal their face shocking everyone.
Precap- The doctor gives the document to Sarab asking him to sign.Sarab prays to babaji saying that he had to choose between his wife and baby.Doctor tells Sarab there is a bad news.Param cries to God to punish him.
