Cornitos Republic Day Special Nachos Recipe

Republic day being around the corner and patriotism flying high in the air, a little get together with the near and dear ones is bound to take place. This recipe will leave your guests impressed and get their taste buds racing. Let’s have a look:

Ingredients 

1.     Cornitos Nachos Melange                                              70g 1 bag
2.     Green Bell Pepper                                                            60 gm
3.     Yellow Bell Pepper                                                           60 gm
4.     Red Bell Pepper                                                                60 gm
5.     White Onion                                                                     60 gm
6.      Sweet corn                                                                      60 gm
7.     Mayonnaise                                                                     45 ml
8.     Tandoori Mayonnaise                                                  45 ml
9.     Honey Mustard                                                             45 ml
10. Mint Mayonnaise                                                          45 ml
11.  Seasonings                                                                     50 ml

Recipes 

1.     Cut all vegetables into dices and sauté in a non-stick pan
2.     Place the nachos on the plate overlapping one over another.
3.     Sprinkle the vegetables evenly on the nachos layer. 
4.     In a Zig-Zag manner squeeze the mayonnaise, tandoori mayonnaise, honey mustard, mint mayonnaise on top.
5.     Sprinkle with seasoning & chilli flakes.
