The episode starts with Abhimanyu says that he changed the story. Both Maya and Peter asks the reason saying that everyone liked it, it’s good. Abhimanyu says it’s good but he wants to give a best because this is the first book he is doing it with Paper Ink. Maya and Peter gets happy hearing it. They both then inquires Abhimanyu about his new story ideas. Abhimanyu says it’s a story about a young guy named Viaan falling in love with a women Priya who is 15years older than him. Maya calls it a wonderful story idea but Peter worries and says it’s come under illicit relationship. Abhimanyu says it won’t because this is a story about a guy’s one side love story and the one who he loves not even aware of it.
Maya and Peter gets happy hearing it. Peter asks Abhimanyu to give him the first draft so that he can work with his marketing team to fund ideas to sell the books. Maya asks Abhimanyu to tell what happens next in the story. Abhimanyu mocks at Maya and tells her he will give her the next part along with the first draft of his story in few days. He further tells Peter after he completes the first draft of the story he himself will personally narrate the story to his marketing team so that they can use it so asks both of them to have some patience to wait.
Asmita requests for a fork instead of chopsticks as she isn’t comfortable having noodles with it. The worker asks her to try with chopsticks then leaves. Abhimanyu arrives and takes the seat opposite to. Asmita. Asmita asks him whether he read her favorite book yet? Abhimanyu asks her why he needs to read a book which hundred copies not even sold yet. He further inquires do she even know the author. Asmita says no one knows the real identity of the author and everyone knows his pen name is Maulik though. She then asks him do he know the real identity of Maulik. Abhimanyu says he isn’t interested in the book which makes no sense to him and repeats the similar pattern of the story. Asmita asks him whether he read the book already and pretending to her not read at all?
Abhimanyu says to her he don’t have to read such failure books. Asmita tells him they are totally different. When her father gave her this book and she completes reading it, it become her inspiration to choose her career as an editor so for her, a successful author and book I’d about the impact it creates their reader’s life unlike him who thinks it’s depends upon the number of books it’s sold. Abhimanyu mocks at her then have her noodles using the chopsticks then asks her to use fork then orders the same to the waiter then leaves. The worker apologises to Asmita and hands her over the fork bit Asmita remains stubborn that she will have noodles using chopsticks only.
Maya instructs the workers about the anniversary party preparations. She then inquires Shalini whether she invited all the guests? Shalini says she invited those who worked with them. Maya says in order to expand their network they have to invite who we didn’t worked with too. She then tells her she will assign this work to Asmita. Asmita learns that Rizwan is the first best selling author of the country. She watches a video clip of Abhimanyu and Rizwan’s conversation then receives a call from Maya who assigns her a work to invite the guests. Asmita obliges. She then calls Rizwan to invite him to the party. Anirban shouts at her for the last minute invite but Rizwan agrees to go to the party. He also says Anirban that he will handle Bani.
The next day Asmita gets stressed about the party’s outcome tonight. Maya and Peter gets ready for the party and so Abhimanyu and Rizwan. Abhimanyu wonders what Asmita plans for him. Interns of Paper Ink decides to find Rumor Ramola who sends a message stating he/she will attend the party. Asmita arrives at the party and Shalini takes her with her to dance. Meanwhile Rizwan says to Anirban that because of Abhimanyu only Asmita forced to quit her job also the reason behind him attending this party is that he needs to settle his scores between him and Abhimanyu and smirks.
