Colorstv’s recently launched show Dharam Patni is a rare love story of a simple sweet school teacher Pratiksha Parekh and a buisness tycoon Ravi Randhawa. Currently we are seeing that Pratiksha celebrates Navratri puja with her family. She saves a student’s life there. Later, she gears up for her engagement with Dhawal. Her parents go to shopping mall and land in danger.
In the previous episode, Patiksha reached school during her leave and celebrated the birthday of a student named Niharika and principal madam. Pratiksha told the principal that she would continue to teach in the school as the school had her heart. Her younger sister Kinjal arrived there and brought her home.
Her mother helped her to get ready for navratri puja. Her uncle and aunt visited home for the puja and Pratiksha’s engagement. During puja, Pratiksha’s family met Dhawal’s family who was Pratiksha’s fiance. Dhawal tried to be romantic with Pratiksha which made her uncomfortable.
Kinjal asked her why she was marrying Dhawal who was neither rich nor good looking. Pratiksha replied that she wanted a simple life partner who would respect and value her. Later, Niharika got trapped in fire. Pratiksha requested Dhawal to rescue her but he didn’t. Patiksha risked her life and saved Niharika.
Dhawal’s parents demanded dowry from Pratiksha’s parents. They went to shopping mall to buy the stuffs. Some terrorists attacked there. Pratiksha and her sisters saw the news and got worried.
In the upcoming episode, Pratiksha reaches the shopping mall. She enters the mall to rescue her parents. The terrorists attacked her parents and shots someone.
