The episode starts with Tarun saying he is very kind hearted and he knows Tara went to his house to get the book. So he also came to meet her to ask something about the book. Tara tries to take away the book from him but he doesn’t give her that. He says he knows there’s some secret is present in the book which can make him the richest. He says she is getting crazy for the book it means she knows everything about the book. He says he wants to take some advantage too. He asks her to solve the riddle in the book. Tara gets surprised seeing the handwriting. She gets emotional and recognises it’s her mother’s hand writing. Tarun says she has to join hands with him then only she can touch the book. Dhruv searches on the internet and finds many patients are such who consider themselves a part of history. He recalls Dharmendra who was also behaving in the same manner.
Dharmendra gains conciousness and recalls Samrat’s order to find Tara. Nurse informs Dhruv that Dharmendra gained consciousness. Tarun starts countdown upto ten and if Tara doesn’t accept his offer then he will not let her touch the book. Tara hits Tarun’s hand and the book goes up. She catches it before him and runs away. She says she will not join hands with him and neither she will let him get the book. Tarun goes after her with his car to catch her. Tara finds Dhruv is coming on his bike and he warns her to look behind as Tarun is coming to hit her. Tara takes Dhruv’s name and he saves her from the accident on time.
They roll over the street and Tarun again gets the book. Dhruv punches him angrily. Tarun says he doesn’t care about how much Dhruv loves Tara. Dhruv says he will not spare him for mistreating Tara. Tarun says he will get them arrested for trying to steal the property of Government. If Dhruv traps him then they all will go to jail. Dhruv leaves after picking Tara up being helpless. Tarun says he will get the praises for finding out about Vallabhgarh. Sushila, Vidya and Lalita get worried for Tara. Tara gets up in the hospital and thanks Dhruv for taking her here. Sushila says because Dhruv loves her a lot. They leave Dhruv and Tara alone. Tara asks him if he is fine. She gets angry because he took risk to save her. He says he also can’t afford to lose her. She feels strange and looks at him. He asks her why she went to Tarun.
She says he came to her and he asked her to solve a riddle in the book. She says Saraswati wrote the riddle only. She says she can prove her truth to Dhruv if he gives her chance. Dharmendra goes out of his ward and he hears the name Tara in the hospital. There Dhruv says now he believes Tara and she gets happy. She says she only wanted to find the cure of her brother’s disease. But she made many relations here and developed attachments. He says he also faced it. Dharmendra finds her in the ward and takes her name.
Precap- Tara proves it to Dhruv that she came from 17th century by showing a picture. Dhruv gets shocked.
