By Anil Merani| Colors romantic show Chand Jalne Laga, starring Vishal Aditya Singh and Kanika Mann, is going off air on the 15th of February. This Swastik Pictures production did not get excellent ratings from day one and was always under the scanner.
The creative even tried the time-tested leap idea to save the day. However, it was not to be.
For a while, it appeared that the show would continue to live, even at an early 6.30 pm time slot, but even that did not work, and now we can confirm that Chand Jalne Laga is going off next month in the middle of next month.
According to a source, more than ratings, disagreements between the production house and the channel led to the final axing call.
We tried to reach Vishal, who said he would only comment after the show went off.
Producer Siddharth Kumar Tewary and the channel spokesperson did not reply to our request for comment.
