The episode starts with Sobha gets angry at Lavanya because her daughter is going to deliver the child but Deepika is getting lots of respect. Yash thanks God because he is happy to see his daughter happy. Pandit ji completes the puja and Chirag Deepika takes the blessings of everyone. Omkar tells Deepika that he wants to see his grandson. Yash thanks Chirag for making his daughter happy. Chirag gives the compliment to Deepika and Yash assures Chirag that everything will be fine soon. Yash gives the blessings to Deepika Chirag. Deepika is very stressed and she is about to faint but Neelima and Chirag hold her.
Deepika is making prashad in the kitchen and she faints again. Mishka finds the symptoms of pregnancy on Deepika and she decides to find it. Mishka plans to spread oil on the floor so that Deepika falls down and Deepika gets aborted.
Prithvi and Neelima feel irritated to see Mishka in the house. Manorama asks Sobha to bring the toast for her and she accidentally falls down on the floor. Deepika cries for help and Prithvi picks up Janvi in his arms.
Everyone brings Janvi to the hospital and they wait for the results. Sobha comes and she wants to know what happens to Janvi. Neelima assures Sobha that everything will be fine soon. Sobha blames Lavanya and Deepika for her daughter’s condition but Lavanya asks Sobha to shut up. Yash tells Sobha to keep calm and Yash asks Chirag to get the information. Mishka informs everyone that she can’t save the pregnancy of Janvi. Sobha starts crying in the hospital and she tells Yash that Thakur ji has not done right to her daughter. Sobha tells Deepika that she always wanted Janvi not to become a mother. Janvi accuses Deepika of killing Janvi’s child and she tries to kill Deepika. Chirag warns Sobha to stay away from Deepika and suddenly Deepika faints. Chirag lifts up Deepika on his arms to check Deepika. Lavanya gets worried to see the conditions of her Bahu’s and Sobha taunts Lavanya that it’s a payback for her for not caring for her daughter. Prithvi tells Sobha that she can’t blame Deepika Bhabi because she was very happy when she heard about Janvi’s pregnancy. Chirag hugs Lavanya and informs her about Deepika’s pregnancy.
Chirag is very happy for Deepika and he wants to take care of her. Deepika is worried about Janvi’s pregnancy. Yash console Deepika says that everything will be fine soon.
Janvi is in trauma and everyone gives hope to Janvi but Sobha is upset with Deepika. Mishka tells Sobha that everyone is celebrating Deepika’s pregnancy but no one has said sorry to her and she creates more doubts on Sobha’s mind.
Mishka tells Chirag that Janvi has to keep good care of herself. Mishka creates more doubts and misunderstandings between Chirag and Deepika as she reminds Chirag about his medical condition.
