The episode starts with Pishachini mocking dead Patali and is trying to cry for her death as a practice. Kal devtha comes there and scolds her and asks who helped her in her work and Pishachini panics as she can’t reveal Shekhar name. She convinces Kal Devtha and he leaves warning her.
Drishti family is discussing about the case when Pishachini comes to Shekhar and says about Kal Devtha visit. Shekhar panics and agrees to help her. In the meantime Divya and Drishti wonder about the person who will help them in the case and Drishti decides to take Shekhar help. She visits him and asks him to support them in the case and Shekhar panics as he can’t come in front of Kal Devtha but still agrees for it having no other option.
In the morning Simran says that she couldn’t find Shekhar anywhere and everyone gets panicked hearing it. Drishti once again expresses her doubt on Shekhar and Divya fears when Rakshit scolds her for doubting her mother.
Shekhar comes there and says that he visited temple for Divya’s case and tied the raksha dhaaga on her hand. Everyone gets happy. In his room ee gets hysteresis about seeing Kaal devtha and recalls the punishment he received. He says that he will not visit the court.
Rakshit, Divya and Drishti comes terrified into the court and finds both Kal devtha and Pishachini absent. In the meantime Shekhar pours water on floor and tries slipping but it didn’t hurt much. Later Pishachini herself makes him fall down and he gets terribly hurt and warns him not to come to court.
Pishachini comes to the court and shows her evidence in which Divya is stabbing Patali. Divya gets hyper saying that it’s false and gets angry. Kal devtha arrests her in fire jail but Drishti saves her. Rakshit says that until she’s proved guilty they can’t punish her. Later Drishti provides her proof in which Pishachini is stabbing Patali and everyone including Drishti gets shocked. Pishachini acts mad and says that all its a lie.
Shekhar is being treated by Badi maa and his mother and they all wonder about the case. In the meantime Pishachini provides her next evidence the murder weapon and the finger prints matches with Divya. Drishti and Divya says that their witness will definitely come to give evidence and Pishachini mocks them for him not coming yet. In the meantime Shekhar acts to leave to give his witness when Rakshit comes there. He cures Shekhar and Shekhar wonders about he’s going to escape from it. Drishti and Pishachini have a long fight and Drishti says Kal devtha that Pishachini killed Patali when she got to know that she’s his daughter she killed her and is framing Divya in the murder. Kal devtha gives them 5 hours time to provide their witness else Divya will be proved guilty. Pishachini gets angry at it.
Shekhar apologizes Divya and she apologizes back. Drishti is furious to not find a way to save Divya. Divya cries and Rakshit and Drishti promises her to save her. Shekhar visits Pishachini and discuss some plan with her. In the meantime Drishti decides to steal dead body of Patali so that it will not be provided her evidence. Everyone including Divya is against it as its not right but Drishti stays adamant. Shekhar volunteers to steal the body. Drishti using her powers sees Kal Devtha keeping Body of Patali with high magical security who says that only prisoner 401 can steal it. Shekhar says that he can abduct and leaves and Rakshit consoles Drishti hugging her.
