The episode starts with Shivaay seeing Baldev in Bunty’s ward and asking him, “Sir, what are you doing here?” Bunty takes the scissors and tries to attack Shivaay. Shivaay tries to defend himself. Shivaay asks, “Why did you hit him, sir? I was handling him.” Baldev says he learned that Bunty is a scammer and came there, and he hit him on the head to help Shivaay. Shivaay says they need to call a doctor. Baldev says there is no need and that it is better to call the police. He then goes out.
Aadhya sees Baldev while searching for Shivaay and hides from him. Baldev meets the police in the hospital and complains to them that he was talking to Bunty when Shivaay barged in and smashed Bunty’s head. The inspector asks a constable to call a doctor, and they rush to the room. Baldev, on a call, tells someone that he has silenced Bunty and is searching for a way to silence him forever.

Aadhya comes there and tells the inspector that Shivaay is innocent and asks if he has any proof that Shivaay hit Bunty. She tells him to stop punishing innocent people and try to learn the truth from Bunty, who did a digital scam with Shivaay and stole his 50 lakhs. A constable says Aadhya is a famous influencer and that it would be better to release Shivaay. The inspector releases Shivaay. Shivaay’s mother thanks Aadhya, but Aadhya asks her not to thank her. Shivaay signs the register.
At that time, Aadhya receives a call from her dad. He asks if she likes Kannauj so much and tells her to come to his car. She goes to his car and lies about her Kannauj visit. Baldev says they will talk after reaching home.
Hemal and Nandish discuss that Aadhya saved Shivaay and stole his heart too. They tease Shivaay, saying he has fallen for Aadhya. Shivaay thinks about Aadhya and doesn’t listen to their conversation. They tease him and leave. Shivaay sees Aadhya’s hair clip on his coat and remembers her.
Baldev brings Aadhya home and asks why she went to Kannauj. Pallavi asks what is happening. Baldev asks Aadhya to speak the truth. Aadhya says she went to apologize to Shivaay because the person who caused the accident was someone from their side, and that person is Shivaay. Vivaan asks if she exposed him. Aadhya says she didn’t reveal his name. Baldev says she has apologized, so it should end there.
Baldev tells Aadhya that if he sees her with Shivaay again, she will not be allowed to leave the house anymore. He calls it his last warning. Aadhya cries, and Baldev leaves. Vivaan teases Aadhya, and she goes to her room in tears.
Pallavi goes to Baldev and asks for permission to talk to him. Baldev asks why she is asking permission. Pallavi says he has changed and asks why he shouted at Aadhya. He wonders why she is not answering his calls and messages her saying that he found one of her earrings and is coming to Agra to return it. Aadhya messages him not to worry and says there is no need to come to Agra and that she will take it later, but the message is not delivered.
After freshening up, she checks how her fans are missing her online. Later, she sees a couple committing fraud and falls asleep.
The next day, Shivaay calls Aadhya and says he is in Agra. Aadhya wakes up in shock and asks why he came to Agra. Shivaay says he came to return her earring and asks for her address.
