The episode starts with Shivaay agreeing to repair Gupta’s vehicle for money. Pallavi sees on TV that Shivaay’s mother has also been digitally trapped by a scammer and is in danger. Aadhya comes and sees the news, and Baldev also arrives. Pallavi and Aadhya ask Shivaay how he got injured on his hand, but he doesn’t answer. Aadhya asks Baldev if they can help Shivaay and his mother, saying that since he is conducting many awareness programs about digital scams with the government, they should help them. However, Baldev refuses to get involved and leaves.
Shivaay starts repairing Gupta’s vehicle to arrange money for his mother’s treatment. Aadhya feels concerned about Shivaay’s pain. Vivaan comes into Aadhya’s room, comments on how clean it is, and makes fun of her. She throws him out. Baldev comes there, and Vivaan complains to him about Aadhya’s behavior. Baldev tells Aadhya to forgive her younger brother if he made a mistake. He also says that he has started a new venture and gives her a credit card as a gift. Aadhya accepts it.
The next day, Aadhya plans to go to Kannauj to meet Shivaay and his mother, but she is unable to go as Vivaan insists on accompanying her to Ruhi’s house and says he will later go to his friend’s place. Aadhya reaches Ruhi’s house, and Vivaan asks her to go in first. Aadhya recalls how she had slapped Ruhi earlier for speaking badly about Shivaay. Taking advantage of Vivaan being busy on a call, Aadhya quietly leaves. Vivaan later realizes she has left and calls Ruhi, only to find out that Aadhya never came there.
Meanwhile, Bunty is released on bail after his lawyer secures it. Shivaay learns about this and goes to the police station to confront the inspector. The inspector explains that they cannot deny bail and assures him that Bunty will not leave the city. He also informs Shivaay that the money his mother lost has been recovered. Nandish arrives and tells Shivaay that his mother’s health is not good. At the hospital, Shivaay’s mother’s condition worsens. Aadhya becomes emotional. Shivaay arrives and pleads with his mother to survive. Thankfully, her condition improves, and she recovers. She is later discharged and returns home.
At home, Aadhya tries to talk to Shivaay, but he doesn’t allow her. He cuts fruits and asks his mother to eat. His mother says she is fine because of Aadhya and blesses her. Shivaay tells Aadhya to leave as it is getting late, but his mother asks her to stay for some time and says they should value people like Aadhya who are selfless. Shivaay says he has work and leaves to repair a car. Nandish brings him food, and Shivaay eats while also feeding a dog. Aadhya sees this and notices his kind heart. Shivaay suddenly starts coughing when he sees her, and Aadhya gives him water. She tells him that she is leaving, and he simply says okay.
The episode ends.
