The episode starts with the doctors operating on Aadhya.
Pratima comforts Pallavi, who is emotional, and tells her that nothing will happen to Aadhya.
Sonam asks Suraj to get her tea, saying that she has a headache. Suraj agrees and leaves. Khushi comments on Sonam, saying that she is always thinking only about herself. She asks Sonam to see how worried Shivay is for Aadhya. Sonam tells Khushi to worry about Shivay, not about her.
The doctors remove the bullet and complete the operation. Shivay asks the doctor about Aadhya’s condition. The doctor says that Aadhya is stable and that the bullet has been removed. Meanwhile, Chotelaal decides to take revenge on Aadhya for the humiliation caused by Baldev.
Baldev asks the minister to get him out of the police station. The minister tells him that he cannot do anything at night, and the court will not open until the day after tomorrow since tomorrow is a holiday. He also says that Shivay’s statement is against him. Baldev asks if that means he will have to stay in the police station for two days because of Shivay. The minister remains silent.
Chotelaal pulls the fire alarm, causing chaos in the hospital as people believe there is a fire. Shivay’s and Aadhya’s families become worried. The hospital staff ask everyone to leave, but both families refuse.
Chotelaal sneaks into Aadhya’s room and removes his mask. He tells the unconscious Aadhya that he is going to kill her and that Baldev will be blamed for it. He removes her oxygen mask and presses on her wound to cause bleeding. Sonam secretly records the incident. Chotelaal then leaves.
The hospital staff later inform everyone that it was a false alarm. Shivay rushes into Aadhya’s room and notices the blood. He calls for a nurse, who then calls the doctor. The doctor asks Shivay to leave so they can treat Aadhya.
Pallavi asks Shivay about Aadhya, but he remains silent. The doctor arrives, and Pallavi asks about Aadhya’s condition. The doctor says that Aadhya is experiencing internal bleeding and that anything can happen, adding that he does not want to give false hope. Pallavi collapses due to a panic attack, and the staff take her away on a stretcher. Shivay is deeply worried.
Vivaan calls Baldev and informs him that the doctor said Aadhya has internal bleeding and that anything could happen. He also tells him that his mother had a panic attack and asks him to come soon. Baldev tells him not to worry, to take care of his mother, and says he will send Dr. Awasti. He then calls Dr. Awasti and asks him to go to City Hospital and treat his daughter, insisting that nothing should happen to her. The doctor agrees.
Shivay prays to God for Aadhya. Pratima comes to him, and he asks about Pallavi. Pratima says she is better now. Shivay questions how God could let this happen to Aadhya. Pratima reassures him that Aadhya will be saved because of her goodness and that a reputed doctor has arrived, so he should trust God.
Dr. Awasti comes out and tells Shivay to get an injection within one hour to save Aadhya. Shivay is about to leave when Sonam tries to stop him, saying he should not spend so much money since Aadhya’s parents are rich and can afford it. Shivay responds that they are not available and that he loves Aadhya, so he will get the injection. He leaves.
Meanwhile, the doctors check Aadhya and discuss that she may suffer multi-organ failure if the bleeding does not stop.
Chotelaal calls his men and orders them to stop Shivay from returning to the hospital with the injection. His men attack Shivay and try to break the injection by stepping on it, but Shivay fights them off and protects it.
Episode ends.
