The episode starts with Maan telling Doree that he wants to share something with her. As Doree tries to leave, Maan stops her and asks what she would do if her father had really done something wrong. He questions who she would support if it’s proven in court that Ganga is guilty. Doree tells Maan to stop joking and insists that her father could never do anything wrong. She says her father is like God to her and comments on it emotionally. Doree then leaves. Maan recalls Rajnandini’s words—that if Doree truly loves him, she will support him after knowing the truth, not her father.
Ganga is found unconscious at the weavers’ market. The police wake him up and inform him that the medical grounds on which he received bail have been proven false. They tell Ganga he has to go back to jail.
Meanwhile, Doree is spending time with Shubhi. Sattu calls and informs her that Ganga has been taken back to jail.
Doree meets Sattu and demands to know how he allowed the police to take Ganga away without stopping them. Sattu says the police had already taken Ganga before he arrived and comments on the situation. Doree decides to seek Maan’s help.
When Doree comes home, Rajnandini stops her and reveals that it was Maan who sent her father back to jail. Doree refuses to believe her and walks away.
Maan is shown taking a shower with his clothes still on. He recalls telling the police that Ganga was granted bail on false medical grounds and should be taken back into custody.
Doree arrives and pulls Maan out of the shower. She angrily tells him that her father has been taken by the police. Maan responds that Ganga deserves it, as he killed his mother, Meera. He also shows Doree a video of Ganga setting the warehouse on fire as proof. Doree argues that her father could never kill anyone and claims the video is fake. She points out that Maan conveniently found the video right after Ganga was released from jail. Maan accuses Doree of being blind to the truth right in front of her. He says he won’t be able to live with himself if he doesn’t get justice for his mother’s death. He tells Doree that everything will go back to normal between them. But Doree insists her father is innocent and vows to prove it—even if it means going against Maan. She says Maan has lost her forever for not trusting her and walks away.
Doree tries to take Shubhi and leave the house, but Suguna stops them, saying Maan has ordered that Shubhi not be allowed to go anywhere. Doree calls out to Maan and criticizes him. Dadi intervenes and tells Doree that Maan is heartbroken and needs her. Dadi says no one will blame her for what her father has done. Doree refuses to accept it, insisting her father is innocent and that she must stand by him.
