The episode begins with Dadi asking the doctor if Maan will be alright. The doctor tells her that Maan has undergone a lot of emotional stress, which caused him to lose consciousness. He adds that if Maan doesn’t wake up soon, his condition could become critical. Hearing this, Dadi becomes deeply worried about Doree.
Rajnandini asks Ambica if she has taken care of Meera. Ambica replies that even if Meera regains consciousness, she won’t be able to do anything, as her hands and feet are tied. Rajnandini expresses her satisfaction.
Rajnandini blames Doree for Maan’s condition, saying that her lies are the reason he ended up like this.
Doree enters Maan’s room, but Dadi stops her, asking her to stay away. She accuses Doree of being a bad omen and says her lies brought harm to Maan. Doree pleads with Dadi not to speak that way. Just then, Maan’s condition worsens, and the doctor rushes him to the operation theatre.
Doree goes to pray to the Goddess for Maan’s recovery. A lady approaches her and says she understands that someone close to Doree is in danger. She advises Doree to set up a Mahakali pandal and invoke the Goddess within herself, assuring that Mahakali will remove her pain. Doree confidently replies that nothing will happen to her Maan Ji.
Doree dresses up as Mahakali and begins performing a tandav in front of the Goddess. Kailashi Devi, watching from a distance, applies kumkum to her forehead and reveals her identity by removing the quilt. Seeing Doree in divine rage, she thinks to herself, “Kailashi Devi is back to destroy your happiness, Doree.” Doree fervently prays to Maata Rani to save Maan Ji.
Suddenly, Kailashi Devi throws a diya stand, causing a fire to break out and surround Doree. Everyone runs in fear. Doree, undeterred, thinks, “If I have to choose between my life and Maan’s, I’ll choose Maan,” and continues dancing amid the flames. Meanwhile, doctors try desperately to save Maan. Eventually, he begins to respond to treatment.
Kailashi Devi is shocked by Doree’s devotion. Doree collapses to the ground. The pandit throws water to douse the fire, and some of it splashes on both Doree and Kailashi Devi. Doree sees her and wonders if it was really Kailashi Devi or just her imagination. Kailashi Devi leaves from there in a hurry. The pandit asks Doree if she’s okay, and she nods.
Kailashi Devi vows to kill Doree.
Later, Doree receives a call and is overjoyed to learn that Maan is out of danger. She thanks Maata Rani for giving Maan a second life.
Doree then enters Maan’s room. She hugs his unconscious body and tearfully says how scared she was at the thought of losing him. Just then, Dadi and the others arrive. Dadi once again asks Doree to leave. But Doree insists that Maan is not safe in his own house, and she won’t abandon him.
Maan regains consciousness and asks Doree if it really matters to her whether he lives or dies. Doree says it does, and that she intends to fulfill her responsibilities as his wife. She tells him she knows he still cares for her and feels lonely without her. She assures him she won’t leave him alone.
Rajnandini, growing worried, thinks that Maan and Doree must be separated—especially now that Maan’s mother has returned. She tells Doree to stop troubling Maan and urges him to tell Doree their relationship is over. Maan turns to Doree and says, “Our relationship is over.”
Doree tries to hold his hand, but just then Kavya steps forward to intervene. Doree warns her not to interfere. Maan pushes Doree’s hand away and holds Kavya’s instead, shocking everyone. He tells Doree that he has moved on and is going to marry Kavya. Kavya is thrilled.
Doree asks Maan if he knows what he’s saying. Maan replies that he does, and says that once he marries Kavya, it will be clear to everyone that Doree no longer has a place in his life. Dadi shouts Maan’s name in disbelief. Kavya asks Maan if they’re really getting married the next day, and Maan confirms it.
Dadi questions if Maan has lost his senses, marrying different women. Maan replies that his marriage with Doree was just on paper and has ended, but his marriage with Kavya will be real, and he will start a new life by forgetting the past.
Doree begs him to stop punishing himself to punish her. She says, “I’m your wife, and no one can stop me from fulfilling my duties.” But Maan declares he doesn’t need her protection and leaves the ward without listening to anyone. Kavya turns to Doree and warns her to stay away from Maan.
