The episode starts with Arambhi and Vishwas arguing with each other. Vihaan comes there, sees his parents arguing, and starts crying. Arambhi tries to console him. Vishwas tells Arambhi that their son is in trauma because of her. Arambhi says that he is shouting at her. Vishwas accuses her of failing to take care of the family and says she has neglected her responsibilities. Without listening to Vihaan, he locks Arambhi in a room.
Vihaan asks Vishwas what mistake his mother made and why he punished her. Vishwas says that Arambhi did wrong and that’s final. He tells Vihaan to sleep with him and places the key aside before leaving the room with him.
Dimple hears Arambhi shouting to open the door. She thinks that she has already handled one daughter-in-law and now it’s time to find a second one. She calls the pandit and asks him to fix Raj’s marriage with Sanjiv Bhatia’s daughter. The pandit says the girl’s family will agree but asks whether Raj is okay with the marriage or if he is in love. Dimple says her sons will listen to her and will marry according to her wishes. The pandit agrees to proceed with the match, and she cuts the call. Dimple thinks that this time she will get a match from a rich family, unlike Arambhi.
Meanwhile, Manmeet learns from the nurse that duty doctor Dr. Chowdary has not arrived. Manmeet calls Arambhi and asks why she hasn’t come yet. Arambhi says she is in trouble but will reach soon and asks him to manage for some time. Manmeet refuses. Sharma asks Manmeet about Dr. Chowdary. Manmeet says she might be delayed due to traffic. Sharma instructs him to tell her that she must arrive within an hour, or she need not come at all. Sharma leaves. Arambhi overhears this. Manmeet informs Arambhi that she has one hour to reach on time. Arambhi bangs on the door and prays to God to send someone to help her.
Vihaan wakes up in shock, thinking that Arambhi is in trouble. He notices Vishwas is not in the room. Vishwas goes to Avantika’s room and spends time with her. He tells Avantika that soon he will erase Arambhi from his life. Vihaan searches for his father. Avantika tells Vishwas that no one should disturb them and stops him from going to Vihaan, saying that he should learn to be independent. They begin romancing.
Vihaan goes near Arambhi’s room. Arambhi asks why he is crying and where his father is. Vihaan says his father is nowhere to be found and that he had a bad dream. Arambhi understands that Vishwas is in Avantika’s room and consoles Vihaan. He says he is scared. Arambhi asks him to imagine that he is holding her hand and not to cry. Vihaan agrees.
Arambhi then asks Vihaan if he knows where his father kept the room key. Vihaan says yes. She asks him to carefully get the key from the cupboard by standing on a stool and wearing a helmet. Vihaan struggles but finally manages to get the keys and unlocks the room. Arambhi praises him for being brave and thanks him.
Arambhi tells Vihaan that they will play an adventure game tonight without telling anyone and asks him to come with his bag. He agrees. Arambhi gets ready and decides to take Vihaan with her. They both leave for the hospital after praying to God.
