Meanwhile, Radhika calls Arambhi and asks her to oust Manmeet from the house. Arambhi refuses, saying she doesn’t want to do it. Kunika comes out and says she is sure they are betraying her again. She asks Arambhi if Vishwas is her husband and Avantika her rival. Arambhi looks on.
Manmeet comes to the hospital and recalls how Karthik and his friends misbehaved with her. Avantika sees Manmeet and thinks that Arambhi will soon find out what she is capable of taking away from her. Arambhi lies to Kunika, saying that Avantika is her friend’s rival and that her friend’s husband is cheating on her, unaware that his wife knows about the affair. Kunika says that if the husband and his family are suddenly behaving sweetly, something is definitely wrong. She advises Arambhi to warn her friend that a big problem is about to come.
Manmeet enters the meeting room and tries to tell Suneel that she is glad everyone came, and that Karthik and his friends tried to molest her. Suneel interrupts her, saying they have already taken statements from Karthik and his friends. Manmeet is shocked. Vishwas then accuses Manmeet of intoxication and blackmailing intern doctors, leaving her stunned.
Arambhi sits in her car, thinking about Dadi’s words. She notices that the family’s behavior changed after the Manmeet incident and wonders if she should go to the hospital to find out what is happening. Dimple insults Manmeet, saying she knows the type of girl she is, and refuses to believe her accusations against Karthik. Manmeet says that Raj and Arambhi know the truth. Dimple slaps Manmeet and warns her not to take her son’s name.
Arambhi tries to get a lift, but no auto stops. Manmeet urges them to confirm the truth with Arambhi and Raj. Vishwas claims that Manmeet drugged Raj and that he was unconscious, and adds that Arambhi knows nothing. Arambhi continues running toward the hospital.
Manmeet insists that Arambhi saved her from Karthik and his friends and is the main witness, but Suneel shuts her down. She continues fighting against the false allegations. Suneel gives Manmeet 24 hours to pack her belongings and leave the hospital, declaring that she is fired. Manmeet is shocked, while Karthik and his friends smile sinisterly. She wonders why Arambhi didn’t tell the truth. Arambhi is still on her way to the hospital.
