The episode starts with Manju bringing injured Balbir to the hospital. Arambhi feels worried. Vishwas also comes there and asks Balbir and Manju how he got injured and what happened. Arambhi recalls the kidnappers warning her not to tell anyone about it, otherwise they would send her son’s hand and fingers as a gift. Arambhi says it was a normal accident and takes her parents for dressing. Avantika gestures to Vishwas that her plan is working well. Arambhi doesn’t know that it is all part of Vishwas and Avantika’s conspiracy.
Manmeet waits for Raj to tell her the secret of his life. She opens the door after hearing the calling bell sound. She gets shocked to see a man from her past standing in front of her. That man asks Manmeet about the declaration at her place. Manmeet feels scared seeing him and trembles. He says, “You thought I couldn’t find you, but I did.” The man forcefully takes Manmeet with him.
Avantika tells Vishwas that she warned Arambhi as the kidnapper, so she didn’t tell him or anyone else about the kidnapping, and her plan is working. Vishwas asks if his son is fine. Avantika says yes. She says now she will ask Arambhi to be part of the surgery, and she will fail both as a mother and as a doctor. Vishwas agrees and leaves. Manju scolds Arambhi for not telling Vishwas about Vihaan’s kidnapping. Arambhi says Vihaan will be at risk, so she can’t tell him or her in-laws, and she shows them the kidnappers’ warning. She pleads with them not to tell anyone, including Vishwas. Vishwas asks what they are talking about as he comes there. Balbir manages the situation. Vishwas sends Arambhi from there, saying Avantika is calling her because she has surgery. Arambhi thinks she needs to save both Kunika ma’am and her son too. She leaves the room.
The kidnapper calls Avantika and tells her that Vihaan is crying badly. Avantika says, “Scare him and do anything to him without leaving visible injuries. That’s why I’m paying you money.” Arambhi comes to Avantika’s cabin, gives Kunika’s reports, and says everything is set for the surgery. Avantika says okay and that she is coming. She thinks it will be interesting to see how Arambhi saves both patient Kunika and her son.
Raj sees an emergency patient and learns it is a case handled by Manmeet. He calls her, but the man with Manmeet throws the phone out of the car. Manmeet cries badly. Raj wonders if Manmeet is upset with his proposal. He messages Manmeet, but the messages are not delivered.
Kunika notices Arambhi’s worry and asks if something is troubling her. Arambhi doesn’t reveal her tension and tells Kunika that Avantika will handle her surgery and that she is the best doctor. Vishwas and Avantika come there. Avantika praises Arambhi for handling the case reports well. She tells Kunika that her surgery is tomorrow. Kunika says she wants Arambhi to be part of her surgery. Arambhi refuses, but Avantika tells her to agree. Kunika tells Arambhi that it will help her gain experience, so she should agree. She says Arambhi is her good luck charm and that nothing bad happens to her when Arambhi is with her. Vishwas also asks Arambhi to agree. Arambhi agrees. She prays to God to save both Kunika and Vihaan. Vishwas thinks that tomorrow Arambhi will lose both her son and her career. Avantika thinks Arambhi will soon be out of Vishwas’s life, and she will officially enter his life.
Arambhi comes home. Dimple scolds her for coming late and asks her to prepare dinner soon. Nandita says Vihaan has still not come home. Dimple asks Arambhi where Vihaan is.
