She recalls that her mother-in-law once said there is a huge difference between completing an MBBS degree with top scores and being a practicing doctor. Dimple recalls saying those words to Arambhi and her father, calling Arambhi “not a doctor.”

Meanwhile, Vishwas searches for Avantika. He sees a nurse praising Arambhi’s podcast and tells her to focus on her work. The nurse informs him that she saw Avantika going toward the storeroom. Vishwas unlocks the storeroom and finds Avantika there. She hugs him.
He asks how she got stuck there and why Arambhi participated in the podcast in her place. Avantika says Arambhi is taking revenge on her. Vishwas asks, “Revenge for what?” Avantika says it’s because Arambhi couldn’t practice and might have learned about the podcast, so she went there instead.
Vishwas says that if it’s true, he will teach Arambhi a lesson. Meanwhile, the podcast sponsors praise Arambhi and leave. Dimple tells Arambhi that she got the fame she wanted and questions why she came in Avantika’s place.
Arambhi says she doesn’t know anything and that she saw they were waiting for a guest, so she came to help. Avantika arrives and angrily questions Arambhi about how she dared to lock her in the storeroom. Dimple is shocked and asks what happened.
