The episode starts with Mannat suggesting that everyone should let Aarambhi rest. Vikrant agrees with her and says that someone can help Mannat organize everything. Vishwas asks Aishwarya to call him if she needs any help. Aarambhi hugs Mannat and leaves.
Avanthika is searching for her handbag, and Yashika returns it to her. Avanthika advises Yashika to control Vikrant. She says men usually like strong and aggressive women. She points out that Vikrant often takes Mannat’s side and advises Yashika to demand respect from him. Avanthika praises herself for handling everything alone all these years. She says she is strong and brave and has created her own place in Vishwas’s hospital. Though Vishwas is the owner, he respects her a lot. She advises Yashika to use manipulation when needed.
She further tells her to be careful and aware of everything happening around her. She says she should stay alert and stick to Vikrant at all times. Yashika says she understands her advice and promises not to leave him alone before or after marriage. She thanks Avanthika for guiding her.
Meanwhile, Manmeet is treating a patient. Raj praises the patient for receiving special advice and treatment from Manmeet. She asks him to focus on his work. Raj apologizes to her for what happened earlier. She again tells him to concentrate on his work. She gets hurt and remembers the doctor’s advice when she donated her kidney. Raj offers to help her, but she fears he might find out the truth about her kidney donation to Aarambhi. She refuses his help and leaves. Raj suspects she is hiding something.
Mannat and Dhairya wait outside Aarambhi’s house to meet her. When Aarambhi arrives, she asks Mannat to share her plan, warning that if someone sees them together, the plan will fail. She questions why Mannat brought a hospital uniform. Mannat asks her to check the eye drops. Aarambhi explains that they can blur vision for a few minutes after use. Mannat says she wants to use them. She plans to make Aishwarya think something is wrong with her health so she will be pressured into going to the hospital for a check-up, where they can change her reports. She reminds Aarambhi that Aishwarya used a similar trick during the DNA test.
Aarambhi says this is wrong and that they shouldn’t hurt anyone. Mannat argues that Aishwarya is a murderer—she tried to kill Dua and Yuvi by locking them in a freezer and waiting for them to die. She also accuses her of killing Shruthi’s mother, Sunita. Dhairya adds that she killed his grandmother too. Mannat says she won’t show any mercy. Later, Mannat sneaks into Aishwarya’s room and mixes the eye drops in her kajal. Dhairya and Dua wait outside. Vikrant arrives, and they lie to him, saying Mannat is upset with them and they are trying to impress her. Vikrant suggests some ideas. Dhairya and Vikrant share childhood memories with Dua. Yashika notices them and feels that Mannat and Dua are always close to Vikrant. She decides to control him.
Mannat observes them and thinks that Dhairya and Vikrant may clear their misunderstandings once Aishwarya is exposed.
Aarambhi reflects on Mannat’s plan. Vishwas says they need Saluja’s support in business. Dimple asks Aarambhi to organize a party to welcome them and warns her not to make any mistakes. She tells her to take Avanthika’s help, as she understands high society. She also warns her not to involve Mannat. Aarambhi agrees and deliberately assigns the responsibility to Avanthika, sarcastically saying she understands their class better. Avanthika is shocked.
Later, Aishwarya experiences blurred vision. Yashika and Mallika worry and take her to her room. Mannat tells Dhairya she will go to the hospital and changes into a nurse’s uniform.
Vikrant enters Mannat’s room while she hides in the bathroom. He sends her a voice message saying he supports her and not to stress about the cocktail party. He notices her phone and leaves. Mannat comes out, hears the message, and decides to reach the hospital before Aarambhi.
Meanwhile, Vishwas questions Aarambhi for giving all responsibilities to Avanthika and treating her like a servant. Aarambhi replies that she did so because they always criticized her arrangements. Vishwas says she never delegated work before. Aarambhi points out that Avanthika wasn’t around earlier. Vishwas accuses her of changing after returning home and reminds her of her place. Aarambhi says she knows her “status” as he keeps reminding her. Vishwas harshly tells her she is just a housewife and breaks a cup in anger. Aarambhi rebukes him. He then leaves for the hospital after receiving news of Saluja’s arrival.
Mannat disguises herself as a nurse at the hospital. Vikrant and Yashika bring Aishwarya there. Mannat guides them to the room and hides.
Raj tells Aarambhi he wants to discuss Manmeet. He says she is still affected by a past trauma and recently injured herself. Aarambhi agrees to speak to her and decides to go to the hospital. Nandita notices Aarambhi leaving with a bag and becomes suspicious. She follows her.
At the hospital, Nurse Khushi takes Aishwarya for tests. Mannat worries she must act quickly. Manmeet mistakes Mannat for a lab assistant and asks her to help with samples. Mannat is forced to comply. She collects a urine sample and feels frustrated. Manmeet then asks her to take a blood sample, shocking Mannat. Meanwhile, Nandita continues following Aarambhi, who realizes she is being followed.
Manmeet insists Mannat take the blood sample. Mannat pretends to feel dizzy at the sight of blood and tries to avoid it, but Manmeet doesn’t believe her and proceeds herself. She then asks Mannat to take the samples to the lab. Mannat agrees, thinking she must reach the lab somehow.
Aarambhi, meanwhile, tries to figure out how to escape Nandita and reach Mannat.
