The episode starts with Vishwas informing Aishwarya that she needs an immediate liver transplant. He assures her that he will find a donor soon. The doctor supports Aarambhi, stating that Mallika is not a blood relative, so a match is unlikely. Mallika insists that she respects Aishwarya deeply and is willing to donate. Aishwarya tells Vishaka that outsiders should not know about Mallika donating her liver, as Mannat might discover her real identity. Mallika agrees to handle the situation. A nurse hands over the test report to Manmeet. Meanwhile, Avanthika and Vishwas are seen together in his cabin. Vikrant walks in and questions them. Avanthika lies that Vishwas has a skin rash and she was checking it. Vikrant asks about Arzoo, and Vishwas says Mallika has taken the test and the results are ready. Manmeet arrives with the report.
Mannat prays for justice, hoping Mallika’s liver does not match Aishwarya’s. Vikrant and Vishwas pass by her without noticing. Aarambhi also arrives and prays for her.

Mannat realizes Aishwarya is planning her kidnapping. She tells Aarambhi, who calls it illegal. Mannat says not everyone is as good as her. Aarambhi promises to finish her hospital work and return to help.
