The episode starts with Shravan asking Damru if he got any parcel with dress. Damru tells him that Kanchan has it. Shravan says that Bunty was right to suggest him not to send parcel here.
Kanchan is about to open the parcel when Shravan comes and says that she shouldn’t pull his leg like this. She gives him the parcel and says that dress is nice. Shravan says that she shouldn’t have peeked into it. Kanchan says that it is their little secret and the one who will get this dress will like it so much. Shravan hopes that she will forgive him and get happy. Kanchan asks when he will give surprise. Shravan says that the surprise will happen at 10pm and she has permission to spy with binocular. Suman overhears them and finds them very strange. When Shravan leaves, Kanchan says that it is strange that he took Suman’s gift from her and now will give it back at 10pm and wonders why he wants them to check into his room.
Bunty and Avni are coming back home with lots of packages. Bunty wonders why Shravan sent parcel to neighbours. Avni replies that he did so to keep it hidden from Kavita. They reach home and go upstairs where they start preparation for the surprise.
Kanchan and Suman spy on them through binocular and are surprised to see all the arrangements Shravan is making just to get Suman’s forgiveness. Suman wonders how Shravan become suddenly so sweet. Kanchan says that she shouldn’t ruin his surprise with so many questions. Suman says that she will wait for 10pm then. She smiles. Kanchan is happy and excited.
At night, Avni comes downstairs and sits near Kavita who is watching TV with Ragini. Avni asks Kavita to eat something but Kavita replies that she isn’t hungry. Avni tells her that not even Shravan has eaten. Kavita gets worried but says that food is ready in kitchen. Just then Bunty comes and says that something happened to Shravan. Kavita gets tensed and rushes upstairs following Bunty with Ragini and Avni.
On the other hand, Kanchan asks Suman to go to the window as only one minute is left but Suman says that she doesn’t know how to react with Shravan planning so much for her. Kanchan asks her not to get nervous as she is only excited. Kanchan goes to spy from binocular and wonders what is happening but Suman snatches binocular from her and spies into Shravan’s room.
Kavita enters in the room and suddenly lights gets switched on. The rest of family is there and the room is decorated with balloons and lights. There is cake on which there is written “love you mom”. Everybody says sweet things about Kavita.
Kanchan takes binocular in her hands and wonders why Shravan is giving the dress for Suman to Kavita. Suman looks into the room with binocular.
Kavita cuts the cake with family. Shravan asks everyone to promise that none in the family shall fight because of outsiders, and specifies that even Vijay and his family are outsiders. Devraj says to Kavita that her son has become good. Rajinder says that it is because of him. Everybody has cake together happily.
Bunty notices from balcony that Kanchan and Suman are looking at them through binocular and tells it to Shravan. The latter tells him that he had asked them to see and now he is sure that they are impressed with what he did. They go back inside the room.
Suman stops looking into room with binocular and leans against the wall with wet eyes. Kanchan apologizes for giving her fake hopes. Suman says that she isn’t sad but she got emotional seeing this side of Shravan. She is very touched by his love for his family. She recalls her moments with Shravan with teary eyes.
The next morning, Dadu talks to his dead son emotionally saying that he remembers all the martyrs this special day because it’s the day on which he had entered into army and he wants him to know that he always remembers him. He says that Vijay and him are pride of their family and he won’t let anyone look at his family.
Suman, Kanchan, Vijay and Ramesh come there and congratulate with Dadu. Suman notices that he is emotional and asks if he is missing her Bade Papa. Dadu says that he was lucky to die for country and not all army officers have such a fate. He asks Suman if he never gets afraid seeing all this. Suman says that he didn’t fear bullets, Bade Papa didn’t fear death and her father doesn’t fear enemies so why she should be afraid. Dadu smiles and makes her wear his army cap saying that she will take ahead the legacy of the family. Suman salutes him. Kanchan tells Suman that she is always behind her and adds that it’s because she has to hide behind her. Everybody laughs. Ramesh asks how they shall celebrate this occasion this year. Suman suggests a huge party as Dadu celebrates this day instead of his birthday. Dadu says that this time he will do something special for them and will call some special friends.
On the other hand, Bunty and Shravan are having some fun talks together. Bunty wants to go out since it’s a sunny day but Shravan wants to meet Suman. He gets a message from her saying that there is no class today. He gets sad. Bunty is happy and says that they shall go out.
Suman receives call from Shravan who asks her why the class got cancelled. Suman says that it’s Dadu’s special birthday. Shravan thinks that it’s his birthday and says that everyone shall be called to celebrate. Suman says that it’s the day on which Dadu joined army so they are going to give all attention to him and he is going to invite some special people. Shravan wishes to be in that list. Suman says that she wants to talk to him but will tell him what she has to day the following day in class as she wants to say it by meeting him. Shravan is very excited and wonders what it is about.

Precap: Dadu asks Devraj to stop his game as he insulted Vijay after calling him home. Devraj apologizes. Dadu says that he doesn’t deserve Vijay’s friendship. Beena looks at them from window. On the other hand, Suman tells Shravan that she realized he is the special friend she needs in her life. Shravan says that from now onwards they will be best friends like their fathers and shake hands with Suman.
