By Gossips Tv : Zee TV is all set to launch its latest show, Ghar Jamai, produced by Prateek Sharma’s Studio LSD, the same production house behind the hit series Rabb Se Hai Dua. The upcoming drama promises a unique and refreshing take on family dynamics, revolving around a male lead who takes on the role of a bawarchi (cook). This new concept aims to blend romance, drama, and light-hearted moments, making it an appealing watch for a wide audience.
Ghar Jamai follows in the footsteps of the highly successful Jamai Raja, which premiered in 2014. Jamai Raja was praised for its well-knit plot combining romance, comedy, and family drama, and it also gave rise to the popular onscreen pairing of Ravi Dubey and Nia Sharma, whose chemistry was a major highlight of the show. The original series gained a large fan following and later returned with a second season on Zee5.
In this new venture, actor Abhishek Malik, known for his role in Kumkum Bhagya, has been cast as the male lead, while actress Simran Kaur will be playing the female lead. With its unique storyline and strong cast, Ghar Jamai is poised to win over viewers when it premieres. The show is set to launch sometime in December.
