Surbhi Chandna is very excited about her new Colors show, Sherdil Shergill. In a longish interview, she spoke about how different it was from mundane daily stuff, “yet it also had family elements to keep all audiences happy.”

She hopes the show does well for the writers to be free to follow their vision. “The producer Saurabh Tewari seems to be on the same page, for he asked me to follow my heart. “
Surbhi is having great fun working with co-star Dheeraj Dhoopar. They had briefly worked together in Naagin 5.
Here Surbhi, who has done diverse characters ( Ishqbaaz, Sanjivani Naagin etc.), says it is not easy being choosy. “People think I have lots of money to be able to afford to decline work.”
Unlike most actors, Surbhi is very sorted, not getting into controversies” I credit my parents for the values they imbibed in and my workspace experience; I do my work and go back home to my parents. “
