A company named Raon faces spherephishing after an employee opening a word document. The leading company app which is used by nearly 80% of the Korean citizens faced a major information leaking of clients due to the phishing. Attorney Woo comes to office but ignores Jung Ho. She visits Attorney Jung who’s going to get his surgery done. Seo Yeon calls Jung immediately to office. Upon reaching there she finds Raon’s Ceo In Cheol and his friend cum partner present there to discuss about the 300 million fine imposed on them for their carelessness. Attorney Jang and Min Woo were found to be his juniors in Hana University and they all form a bond. Attorney Jang doesn’t like Young Woo’s interference during the discussion that could show him weak. In Cheol reasons that the fine is too high compared to other two companies who faced the same issue and they decided to fight it in court believing no big firm will take up the case.
Min Woo and Seo Yeon are improving in their relationship when Seo Yeon warns Young Woo regarding every female employee trying their luck with Jung Ho. Young Woo chose to ignore the question when Seo Yeon asked about the reason for break up. Young Woo found about the revised laws that happened right on the day of hacking which ie why the company got sued with higher fine. She informed it to Attorney Jang who chose to ignore her words. In court, the Judge keeps down the points mentioned earlier by Young Woo and found loop holes in Attorney Jang’s argument. The opposition lawyer also made sure to tie up the case within their reach using the revised law.
At Hanbada, the meeting is taking place when another issue arises as the Raon users are demanding a compensation using Teasun law firm and already over 3 million have joined the site for sueing Raon. CEO Choi is now more worried about this current issue over the fine as he could go bankrupt. Young Woo corrects Attorney Jang during his talks once again which irritates him and he shouts at her. The Hana University students planned to take an illegal way to convince the judge who’s also their senior. Judge upon reaching there found their intention and left warning them without hearing their words. Myung Suk’s surgery went well when Young Woo informed him regarding Attorney Jang’s behaviour indirectly. Myung Suk asks her to lie low as Attorney Jang is not like him. Hairy and Geurami are taking care of Myung Suk.
During the hearing, Ceo Choi finds the case going down south for him and had an emotional breakdown in the premises. With pressure building uo rapidly, he in took cyanide and everyone got shocked with his move. Young Woo gets panicked but Jung Ho controls himself from going near her. CEO Choi is in critical condition while reporters were waiting outside to get the news. Attorney Jang acted cheap and escaped himself throwing Seo Yeon, Min Woo and Young Woo as bait to the reporters. Later they were at Hairy’s restaurant where Young Woo finally catches a clue that could give them a room for argument. She found that the hacker sent the mail a day before the revised laws were psssed. The employee also opened it a day before and only the data breach happened the next day. She informed it to Attorney Jang who paid no heed to her words. Instead he ousted her out of the case infuriating Seo Yeon. She tried arguing with him but Min Woo dragged her away. He explained the pros and cons of her behaviour but Seo Yeon asked him to man up for her to like him.
Young Woo met with Jung Ho outside who once again asked for the reason for their breakup. Young Woo revealed that her world only revolves around her and he would feel lonely if he continue to stay by her side. Jung Ho couldn’t argue further. CEO met with Young Woo’s father to take her for a long leave while she would get things equal with Tae Su and reminded him of his promise. At court, Attorney Jang again fails miserably but Seo Yeon spoke it out Young Woo’s point in the place of her. Attorney Jang warned to suspend her when Min Woo closed the argument. Judge found their point valid. It was revealed that it’s Tae Su’s son who did the hacking on someone’s saying and is now guilty for CEO Choi’s condition.
