While the week started with Tara getting separated from Omkar in the temple but Mayura finds her fainted on road and takes her to the hospital. At hospital canteen Tara tells Mayura how her father never allows her to eat anything outside home. Mayura and Tara feed each other lovingly and Mayura thinks her Tara must have also fed her with her tiny hands if she was here. Tara and Mayura tell each other that its best day of their life. Omkar comes there to take Tara back home.
Omkar takes Tara to home while Mayura keeps shouting to let her meet once. At Omkar’s home, Manjiri supports Omkar decision to go back asap.Tara asks Omkar to let her meet angel godmother before leaving. Omkar says her angel can come anywhere. Mayura tells Sulekha about Tara and feels emotionally attached to her. Tara faints again. Omkar decides to stay in Jabalpur and get Tara treated from Dr Khanna. Omkar feeds her with his hands and she says even angel mother fed her yesterday. Omkar takes Tara to hospital and she asks about angel mother again.Mayura begs nurse to tell her about the girl whom she had brought yesterday. Nurse informs Mayura about Tara having appointment with Dr Khanna.
Manjiri comes and informs Omkar that heavy storm is arriving in Jabalpur. Dr takes Tara outside in garden. Omkar goes and fights with doctor badly as he brought Tara outside. He blames doctor for questioning his upbringing. Tara sees all this and gets nervous. Tara gets up inside truck which starts moving however Mayura sees her through the glass and follows the truck.
Mayura rushes behind the truck and Tara comes running to her as soon as truck stops and they share an emotional bond. However storm gets stronger and both of them get stuck in the jungle. While at hospital Ashutosh overhears Manjiri and realizes Tara is Mayura’s daughter. He cleverly gets help and removes the CCTV footage before Manjiri can see it.
Branch of tree is about to fall on Mayura and Tara but Mayura holds it and her hands start bleeding, Tara feels uncomfortable and asks for her father. Mayura tries to pacify her by singing lullaby but she faints. Even Omkar is near the same area and comes to spot where Mayura and Tara were but he gets shocked seeing blood stains there.
Mayura tries to wake Tara up. At a shop she hears the announcement of Tara being missing and calls on the contact given to inform about Tara.. She actually calls Omkar who in turn asks her to wait and he was will be there asap.Omkar reaches shop and finds Tara with shopkeeper who says she has just fainted and asks him to take her to doctor. Omkar asks about lady whom he spoke to on phone, shopkeeper says she had some work so she left. While Omkar is taking Tara back, Mayura standing behind tries to stop him but Ashutosh stops her instead.
At Omkar’s home, doctor tells Omkar that Tara needs a minor surgery. Manjiri asks if surgery will leave a scar on Tara’s body, Omkar gets worried and asks the same to doctor. Doctor says he will do minor laproscopy and there will be no marks left. Tara tells Omkar hat angel mothee saved her.Mayura says Sulekha how Omkar has lied to Tara that her mother is dead. Mayura comes to Dr Khanna and asks him to help her. Omkar comes to cabin to find out another lady whom he tries to inquire about the incident but she carefully manages the situation. Dr says Omkar that Tara still needs special care and maintenance so he should allow Dr Khanna’s assistant to stay with Tara 24/7. Omkar agrees to his.
So next day Mayura enters Omkar’s house as Dr Khanna’s assistant, Nayan. Omkar asks Tara to meet Mayura. Tara goes to her and Mayura bends down, Tara touches her face where she has scar. Tara says she is very beautiful. Mayura thinks even if Tara grew up with Omkar she has reflection of Mayura.
Omkar says Manjiri how easily Tara has opened up to Mayura. Manjiri doesn’t like Mayura and manipulates Omkar against her. A bucket rolls down towards Tara, Mayura runs and saves her. Manjiri asks Omkar to throw her out but Omkar denies. Later Manjiri barges in Mayura’s room to check her luggage but doesn’t find anything.
At night Omkar and Manjiri tries to feed fruits to Tara but she wants to eat from her angel mother. Mayura comes in angel outfit and happily feeds Tar. Omkar thanks her and says he has never seen Tara so happy before. Mayura comes to kitchen and distracts maid and mixes sleeping medicine in milk. Manjiri calls guru ma and says she is finding doctor’s assistant suspicious. While Manjiri drinks the milk with sleeping medicine and falls asleep, Omkar doesnt drink it. Mayura’s plan to run away with Tara doesn’t work out!
