Star Plus popular daily soap Shaadi Mubarak is gearing up for some major drama. This week Preeti witnesses KT’s breakdown and consoles him. She ask him to pour his emotions out and boosts him with confidence stating that she will surely win the fight against cancer. She reminds him that they both together can win anything just like how they have managed to make their business sucessful. She imagines her future with their baby while KT stays lost in his grief. Later on KT helps Preeti to get ready for the operation and they both shares an emotional moment. Nurse takes Preeti towards the operation theatre while Juhi and Sumedh comes to see her. She assures them while KT receives Priyanka’s call who informs him about Furti’s labour pain. He ask her to keep updating him and tells about it to Preeti.
Preeti forces him to go to Furti but KT denies. She pressurise him giving her swear while KT reluctantly moves from there without having any other choice. KT ask Kushala to look after Preeti while she assures him. Doctors takes Preeti inside the operation theatre while she requests them to delay her operation as she wants to see her baby before proceeding her surgery. She prays for Furti and the baby while on other side Furti winces in pain.
Doctor tells about the complications in Furti’s delivery making KT and his family tensed. They keeps praying for the baby while KT imagines Preeti who comforts him by singing lullaby. On the other side Preeti feels the pain of the baby and starts panicking. Doctors tries to calm her as her heart rate increases while she closes her eyes and engrossed in praying. Soon Furti delivers a baby girl and KT gets elated seeing his daughter. He ask doctor for the permission to take his baby to Preeti but the doctor denies stating about her pre-term birth. Doctor keeps the baby in observation while KT states that she is Preeti’s daughter and so will surely fight for her life just like her mother. Preeti smiles feeling her baby and then her operation gets started.
Kushala informs KT about it while Juhi gets worried for her mother. KT tells about the baby making them happy. Preeti’s health deteriorates while doctor tries their best to save her. Later on Juhi and Kushala smiles seeing Preeti all fine but doctor ask them to come inside her cabin along with KT. Kushala takes KT in video call while doctor informs them about Preeti’s complications and reveals that she have lost her memories. She warns them not to pressurize Preeti to regain her memory as it can cause danger to her life.
KT gets shattered and goes towards his baby. He shares his pain and states that soon they will go to see Preeti and will create new memories with her if she denies to recognise them. Doctor gives the baby to KT stating that she is out of danger. On the other side Kushala consoles Juhi and ask her to go to drop Sumedh. Meanwhile Preeti stares everything curiously and starts exploring her surrounding. She removes the ring from her finger which was gifted by KT and sleeps while a patient steals it from her bed. Suddenly the hospital catches fire while KT and Juhi gets shocked seeing it from outside.
KT handovers his baby to Juhi and tries to get inside the hospital in order to find Preeti and Kushala. At that time Kushala comes out and apologises for leaving Preeti inside. KT rushes in to save Preeti while Preeti sees a pregnant lady Shikha in pain and helps her. She comes out along with her while Shikha spots her husband Vishal and goes with him. Preeti faints while they takes her along with them. KT fails to find Preeti and gets heartbroken. He accuses Kushala for being careless and searches Preeti here and there. Preeti gets concious in Shikha’s house while they tries to get information about her family but she stays silent. Shikha grows close to Preeti and insists Vishal to get information about her family from the hospital.
Police tells about the dead bodies and shows their belongings to KT and Juhi. KT denies to accept that Preeti is dead while Juhi shows him the ring and card of Preeti. She breaksdown while he scolds her. On the other side Shikha and Vishal along with Preeti comes to the hospital. Nurse informs them that all the records are burnt while Shikha remembers the cabin number from where she have met Preeti and ask information about that patient. Nurse gives them wrong information while Shikha feels pity for Preeti thinking that her family left her. She decides to keep Preeti along with them and convinces Vishal for the same.
KT orders to publish Preeti’s pictures in every newspaper of Delhi while Preeti sees his phone on the floor and goes to return it to him. They both have a hit and miss moment as Preeti sees Shikha in pain and rushes towards her leaving KT’s phone on the bench. He turns towards her feelings her presence but miss to see her as she goes away in the car.
Kushala feels pity seeing KT’s state and reminds him about his responsibility towards his daughter. She handovers the baby to him and goes away while he calms the baby and takes care of her but states that his family is incomplete without Preeti. He brings the baby inside Tibrewal mansion while everyone feels sympathy towards KT. He shows his room to the baby and talks with her stating that Preeti will soon come back to them.
Shikha also delivers a baby girl while Vishal rejoices in excitement. Meanwhile Preeti saves their baby from falling down and Shikha gives her the responsibility of the baby tagging her to be the godmother. Preeti plays with the baby being happy while Shikha names her as “Mohi”. Vishal sees a job application in the newspaper but Shikha reminds him about his dream of becoming a successful musician. She prohibit him from doing other jobs and ask him to concentrate on his career. She boost him with enthusiasm while they shares a happy moment. Preeti adores their bond.
Later on Kushala talks about Preeti’s funeral with KT but he denies to do it stating that Preeti is alive. He conducts his daughter’s nameing ceremony and names her as “Keerti” while everyone rejoices in happiness. KT gets emotional as he misses Preeti while Kushala feels pain seeing him suffering.
Shikha and Vishal also conducts their daughter’s nameing ceremony while Shikha gives her baby to Preeti/Mohi as she seems to be more attached to her. Shikha names her baby as “Preeti”. They celebrates the nameing ceremony while Vishal’s mother ask them to visit the temple. Later on he goes to the temple along with Shikha, Preeti/Mohi and their baby. Shikha feels dizzy while Vishal gets concerned for her. He moves away asking Preeti to bring the plate. Shikha stops Preeti/Mohi as the baby starts crying being apart from her and ask her to hold the baby. She goes to get the plate even when Preeti/Mohi stops her. Shikha feels dizzy while coming back and a truck hits her on the way. Preeti/Mohi run towards her along with the baby and gets shocked seeing Shikha lying in the pool of blood. Shikha seeks promise from Preeti asking her to take care of the baby while Preeti/Mohi nods assuring her. Vishal comes there and blames Preeti for Shikha’s death. He snatches his baby from her while Preeti/Mohi takes her back stating about Shikha’s promise.
On the other side KT gets shocked seeing his family performing Preeti’s funeral and shouts at them. He removes the garland from Preeti’s potrait and states that she is alive and will surely come back.
Now in the upcoming episode show will take 5 years of leap. One side KT will start his day as a RJ while on the other side Preeti/Mohi will get up after hearing his voice in the radio. KT will go inside his daughter’s room and smiles seeing her while Preeti cuddles with Shikha and Vishal’s daughter and shares her heart feelings with her. KT stays adamant on his statement that Preeti will surely come back to them while Kushala stares at him. What new phase will destiny brings in KT and Preeti’s life.
