The episode begins with City hospital, Samrat brings medicine for Sai. Pulkit saya that these medicines are very difficult to find. Pulkit says that he will come back soon and if some problem happens calls him. Samrat tells him that it’s not a problem he is there and even Virat is there to look after Sai. Virat is sitting near him, he goes and talks to Virat ask him whether he met Sai. Virat says that he had lost the opportunity to meet Sai. Samrat explains him that the relationship of a wife and husband is forever.
Samrat consoles Aswini and informs her that doctor has given new medication to Sai she will be fine. Sai gets back her consiousness, Asswini is happy. Sai looks at the door, Samrat ask her does she wants anything. Ashwini ask whether she wants to see Virat, Sai signals her that yes she wants. Ashwini tells to Virat that for whom he is praying from that time wants to meet her. Virat says that he doesn’t want to meet her. Ashwini tells that Sai signals them that she wants to meet Virat. Samrat also tells him that Sai is waiting to meet him. Virat is concern that if he will meet her and she will become more sick then, Ashwini consoles him and tells him that Sai is waiting for her. Samrat says that whatever decision he had taken must be good.
Virat comes to Sai room, they both looks at each other. Virat folds his hands infront of Sai. He ask about her condition, he saya whether she can hear him. He saya that Ashwini told him that Sai is looking for him, he takes her hand and holds it. He ask her not say a word, he had understood everything. He ask her nit to cry for him as she is not made for this pain. Sai closes her eyes and the machine starts to beep, Virat gets worried. He calls nurse, she tells him that she is getting emotional while seeing him so she ask him to wait outside. He tells to Sai that he is waiting outside for her. The nurse tells to Sai that she is lucky to get a husband like him as he is praying and was worried for her.
Ninad, Bhawani and all the family members reaches hospital. Bhawani ask Samrat to meet Sai. They looks at Sai, Samrat ask Sai how is she feeling. Bhawani says that she is her family and without informing them why she left. Omkar tells her that why she left the house and put them in trouble. Ninad ask Sai to say something, Bhawani tells that she had prayed for her and asked God to come back home soon. Mansi says to Sai to get well soon and come back home fast. Samrat ask her that she is fine or not. He tells them that she is very weak and cannot speak, Mansi tells that may be due to accident have Sai lost ger voice? Bhawani ask Mansi to stop, she tells that her voice is her strength. Samrat says that the accident was very bad she lost her blood once she will take rest she will be back to normal. Samrat informs them that Virat wants to keep himself away from Sai, as Sai is getting stressed when she is looking at Virat that’s why he is waiting outside for her. Ninad tells to Sai that when she gifted him harmonium that memory is the best for him. Ninad tells him taht they realised her value when she left them. He says that he will never let her go away from him.
