The episode starts with Omi saying he will call Bhushan to find out what happened. Sonali advises against it, saying that since Teju has gone to meet Neil, it’s better to wait. Mukta expresses concern, wondering why Teju keeps facing continuous problems. She questions whether she made a mistake by getting Teju married to Neil, as their misunderstandings seem to keep increasing. Lakshmi asks Mukta not to think negatively and suggests that perhaps this problem has come to bring Teju and Neil closer, as Teju rushed to help after hearing about Neil’s troubles. Mukta agrees.
Meanwhile, Leena calls Teju inauspicious and cries for Neil. The family members console her.
On the way, Teju asks the driver to drive faster. She then receives a call from Aditi, who asks where she is and says that if Neil had stayed at home, he might not have gotten into trouble. Teju asks if Aditi also feels she is responsible for Neil’s condition. Aditi denies it and says she is just feeling bad for him. Teju admits that she doesn’t like her marriage but insists that she doesn’t want anyone to suffer in this relationship and promises to stand by Neil. Aditi advises her to take care of herself.
Later, Teju reaches the hospital and sees reporters covering the news that no one is allowed inside. Vinod calls a lawyer and asks him to come to the hospital. Teju requests the constable to let her in, stating that Neil is her husband, but the constable refuses. Teju then sees Manjari and Vinod and asks them for help. They request the constable to allow her entry, and she is let inside.
The inspector informs them that Neil is receiving first aid and hasn’t given a statement yet, so they must wait. Teju pleads with the inspector to let her meet Neil. Vinod sarcastically says that since Teju considers Neil the reason for her problems, she should be happy now, questioning why she is so concerned. Teju replies that they can discuss that later and again requests the inspector. The inspector permits her to see Neil from afar. Rithu Raj watches this unfold.
Inside, Teju sees a nurse watching news about Neil and discussing how Neil could never misbehave with a pregnant woman, contrary to the husband’s claims. Teju inquires about Neil, but they don’t provide information. She then asks about Surva Singh and meets him. When she asks about Neil, Surva questions why she cares when she doesn’t even accept the marriage. Teju firmly states that Neil is her husband and she wants to meet him. Surva directs her to Neil’s room.
Teju reaches the room where the inspector is interrogating Neil. She barges in without permission, declaring that she is Neil’s wife. She rushes to Neil, cleans his wounds, and asks if he is in pain. The inspector tells her to leave, saying she cannot interfere in the investigation. Teju insists that as Neil’s wife, she has the right to be there. The inspector asks her not to obstruct the process, and Teju agrees and provides first aid to Neil.
The inspector then asks Neil to explain what happened, stating that the victim’s husband, Sachin, filed a complaint accusing him of misbehaving with his wife. Teju assures Neil that she trusts him and encourages him to tell the truth.
Neil explains that Preeti had come for an abortion, but he refused as she was in her second trimester. He tried to explain and was on his way to report the matter to his boss when Sachin came out, assaulted him, and falsely accused him of misbehaving with Preeti. Neil adds that Sachin and his family members beat him up.
Teju tells the inspector that Neil would never lie and urges him to arrest Sachin instead. However, the inspector says they must arrest Neil as a formal complaint has been filed. Teju protests, asserting that Neil is a good person who would never make anyone uncomfortable and asks the inspector to check Neil’s track record. The inspector says she is biased because she is his wife. Teju insists that the real culprit is Sachin.
Despite her pleas, the police take Neil away.
Teju warns the media to stop spreading false news about Neil and assures him that she will prove his innocence. Neil is taken away in a police jeep.
Outside, media personnel ask Teju what she would do if Neil is proven guilty. Teju runs inside and asks Surva for Preeti and Sachin’s contact numbers, saying she will talk to them and convince them to withdraw the case. Surva warns her to be cautious but promises to message her the details.
Meanwhile, Neil’s family arrives at the police station to meet him. The lawyer informs them that the judge has refused to grant bail today and that Neil will get bail only once he is proven innocent.
Neil asks everyone to return home, saying his mother needs his father. Vinod reluctantly agrees. Alok asks Teju to come along, but she insists on staying a little longer. They all leave.
Neil then asks Teju if she really trusts him. Teju says yes, she trusts him and will prove his innocence, requesting him to tell her every minute detail.
Neil shares that Sachin wanted to abort the child because it’s a girl. Neil objected, explaining that gender testing is illegal. Sachin tried to bribe him, and when Neil went out to report the matter, Sachin comes out and assaulted him, falsely accusing him of misconduct, and made Preeti support the accusation.
Teju is shocked, saying she can’t believe such things still happen in today’s generation.
Meanwhile, Leena asks Vinod and Alok about Neil. Vinod sadly informs her that Neil didn’t get bail.
Teju reassures Neil that he did the right thing and promises to get him released by proving his innocence.
Neil, touched by her support, wonders why Teju cares for him so much despite not liking him. Teju leaves the station.
