The episode starts with Leena asking Alok and others where Neil is. Vinod tells Leena that Neil hasn’t gotten bail and has to stay in lockup for the night. Leena worries about Neil, but Vinod asks her to calm down. Leena questions how she can stay calm when Neil is in jail. She says Neil will keep getting into trouble like this until Teju’s bad omen is removed from his life. Leena further criticizes Teju, pointing out that Teju hasn’t returned home after everything that happened.
Alok clarifies to Leena that Teju hasn’t come home because she is with Neil, and assures her that Teju truly cares for him.
Rituraj tries to instigate Leena against Teju, saying that Teju went to the hospital and got into a fight with a reporter. He warns that the reporter might take revenge by tarnishing Neil’s image in the media.
Meanwhile, some NGO women arrive at Neil’s house, shouting slogans against him and the Pradhan family. Seeing this, the neighbors comment negatively about Neil. Leena begs the NGO women not to speak ill of him, insisting that Neil could never misbehave with a woman. However, the NGO women continue criticizing Neil and question the Pradhan family’s upbringing.
Teju notices a man picking up a rock. She steps between Leena and the man, getting hit by the rock herself. The man sets fire to a puppet representing Neil. The police arrive and bring the situation under control.
Bhushan receives a call from Dr. Surva, who informs him that the hospital board wants to fire Neil if he fails to prove his innocence. Bhushan questions how they can do that. Dr. Surva reminds him that it is a public hospital, and public opinion is against Neil, so he must prove his innocence to keep his job and medical license. The Pradhan family grows more worried for Neil.
Rituraj mocks Teju, saying that she married Neil for security, but now it looks like Neil has no future. Teju declares that she will prove Neil’s innocence and leaves.
Teju obtains Preeti’s address from Dr. Surva. She goes to Preeti’s house, pretending to be a government volunteer collecting information about pregnant women. However, Preeti denies that anyone is pregnant and asks her to leave. Teju barges in and confronts Preeti, accusing her of falsely framing Neil, who was only trying to help her and her baby. Teju says she knows Preeti is acting out of fear of her husband and urges her to tell the truth, promising that everyone will support her.
Sachin arrives and asks Teju to leave. Teju argues with him, and during the confrontation, Sachin accidentally injures Preeti. Sachin then throws Teju out of the house, injuring her further.
Teju returns home, where Leena again criticizes her. Teju questions Leena about what wrong she has done. Meanwhile, Manjari thanks Inspector Avinash for his help. Avinash says it’s the least he could do as a friend and leaves.
Vinod asks Teju why she went to Sachin’s house. He tells her that Sachin has filed a police complaint against her, accusing her of threatening him. Vinod questions why she took such a step. Teju explains that she went there to find evidence to prove Neil’s innocence. The family members insist that the police and lawyer will handle the case. Bhushan points out that the entire city supports the woman, and Teju’s actions have worsened their situation. Amol adds that it’s fortunate that Inspector Avinash is Manjari’s friend; otherwise, Neil could have landed in deeper trouble. Leena accuses Teju of troubling her son and Vinod tells her to stay away from the case. Teju leaves.
Teju calls Mukta and says she doesn’t know what to do next. Mukta advises her to think calmly, assuring her that Bappa will guide her. Teju says she could convince Preeti if she could talk to her, but she doesn’t have her number. She recalls seeing Preeti’s beauty parlour earlier and decides to find Preeti’s number through it. Mukta prays to Bappa to help Teju.
Teju successfully finds Preeti’s number. She prays to Lord Shiva for help and calls Preeti. Teju asks Preeti not to hang up and says she wants to talk about Sakshi. Preeti asks what about Sakshi. Teju tells her that as an independent woman, she can raise her children alone and doesn’t need to stay with a man who wants to kill a baby girl. Teju warns that by staying silent, Preeti is setting a bad example for Sakshi, and asks if she wants her daughter to live in fear like she does. Teju pleads with Preeti to meet her if she wants help. Meanwhile, Sachin calls Preeti to bring him food as he finishes his drink. Teju asks Preeti to save her number, but Preeti cuts the call.
Later, Dr. Surva calls Teju and informs her of something shocking. Meanwhile, Vinod refuses to eat. The family tries to convince him, but he doesn’t listen. Teju arrives and tells them that Dr. Surva has called her to the hospital because the managing committee wants to question her about her marriage. They are trying to find reasons to fire Neil. Rituraj says that Neil will end up trapped because of Teju.
Teju tells everyone that she will help Neil get released with her statement and asks Vinod to eat for her sake. Initially, Vinod refuses, but Teju convinces him and serves him food. After taking a bite, Vinod asks her about her plan. Teju says she needs Yash’s help to execute it. Yash agrees to help her.

Precap: Neil is about to leave, but Teju senses a bad omen and asks him not to go. Neil reassures her, saying they will start their new life once he returns. However, Neil later feels a strong sense that he might not meet Teju again after he leaves.
