The episode begins with Teju confronting Rithu Raj in his room, demanding to know why he is lying about her to everyone. Rithu Raj tells her to stop pretending she cares about Neil, claiming she only cares about him since she’s his girlfriend. Teju sternly warns him to stay within his limits and reminds him that she is his brother Neil’s wife.
Rithu Raj insists, “You are my love.” Teju tells him to stop and accuses him of deliberately trying to tarnish her image in front of Nandini and Amai. Rithu Raj replies, “Only I love you, and only I can make you happy,” and tries to get closer to her.
Just then, Nandini, passing by, overhears their conversation and misunderstands the situation. She assumes Rithu Raj is confessing his feelings because Teju loves him too. Teju pushes Rithu Raj away. Seeing Nandini outside the door, Rithu Raj changes his tone and tells Teju, “I can’t betray my brother or this family that has given me so much. I can’t be like you—cheating Neil.” He adds, “We had no boundaries before, but now you’re my brother’s wife, so leave my room and don’t come here at night.”
Teju, shocked, asks what he is talking about. Rithu Raj says, “Just because Neil isn’t home doesn’t mean you can stay in my room.” Teju raises her hand to slap him, but Nandini stops her and scolds her for trying to slap Rithu Raj. Nandini accuses Teju of having an affair with Rithu Raj and says the truth is now clear.
Teju denies it, saying she only came to his room to stop him from maligning her name. Rithu Raj insists Nandini now knows the truth and accuses Teju of acting innocent. Teju retorts, saying she has removed him from her life long ago. Nandini calls her a liar, saying she saw how Rithu Raj was setting boundaries and Teju ignored them. Teju explains Rithu Raj changed his tone upon seeing Nandini, but he had just confessed his love moments earlier.
Nandini refuses to believe her. Teju warns Rithu Raj that she will make sure he is punished for questioning her character. Nandini threatens to call the family and expose her. Teju leaves the room.
Afterward, Rithu Raj tells Nandini he didn’t do anything wrong. Nandini agrees, saying she heard everything and supports him, vowing to drive Teju out of the house. As she leaves, Rithu Raj says, “You rejected me, Teju, but now I’ll make Neil and the entire Pradhan family reject you.”
Teju tries calling Neil, but the call doesn’t connect. Crying, she thinks, I need you here, Neil. Rithu Raj has falsely accused me, and I know you trust me more than anyone else. She prays to Goddess Parvati to help her talk to Neil.
At the medical camp, Neil tells a pregnant woman that she and her baby are fine. She asks if his wife didn’t come with him this time, as she saw them together previously. Neil recalls memories of Teju. As the patient leaves, Neil notices there is no signal on his phone. Surwa approaches and asks if everything is okay with Teju. Neil replies, “Everything is fine. Teju didn’t want me to come here—she’s upset.” He adds that Teju cares a lot for him. Surwa agrees, saying she went to great lengths to prove Neil’s innocence in the Preeti case. He says, “I know you love Teju. Do you think she’s begun to love you too?” Neil says he’s not sure but has seen love in her eyes at times. He decides to confirm it once he returns home. Surwa wishes him luck.
Back at home, Nandini tells the family she saw Teju going into Rithu Raj’s room late at night. Everyone is shocked. Leena says she always believed Teju was unfit for Neil and calls her shameless. Teju arrives, denying everything. She admits going to Rithu Raj’s room but insists the reason is not what Nandini claims. Leena tells her to stop lying. Teju pleads with them to let her explain.
Amruta questions if Teju has no shame for having an affair with Rithu Raj. Nandini says Teju has no shame and that’s why she’s blaming her. Vinod urges everyone to let Teju speak. Jeetu and Manjari also ask her to share her side. Leena tries to shut them down. Bhushan regrets marrying Neil to Teju. Manjari asks Bhushan to give Teju one chance and not forget that she once saved Neil. Leena blames Teju for Neil’s current danger.
Rithu Raj enters and claims Teju is lying and that she wanted to spend the night with him, not the other way around. Teju slaps him. Leena asks why she hit Rithu. Teju asks Rithu Raj if he has no fear of God. Rithu Raj insists he isn’t lying and reminds everyone that Nandini saw him telling Teju to stay within boundaries. He says, “Because of you, everyone found out about our love.” Teju says she rejected him and calls him a liar.
Rithu Raj accuses her again, claiming she came to his room to start an affair but he refused, and warns her not to raise her hand again before walking out.
Teju pleads with the Pradhan family, saying Rithu Raj is lying and begs them to believe her. She vows to tell Neil the truth herself. Jeetu tells her to go to her room and not worry. Teju refuses and calls Neil.
Meanwhile, Dr. Surwa learns from a colleague that the village Neil visited has been hit by a landslide, and many people are trapped. Fearing for Neil’s safety, he calls the Pradhan family to inform them.
Dr. Surwa tells them Neil is stuck due to the landslide. Leena blames Teju for Neil’s situation, accusing her of mocking the Vatta Savitri Vrat by going to Rithu Raj’s room to “romance.” Teju insists it’s all a lie and says they should focus on saving Neil first—she will prove her innocence later. Leena refuses to go. She tells Amai to go and bring Neil back.
Teju asks Amai to take her to Konkan, but he refuses and mocks her. Teju begs the family to let her go with them. Manjari says Teju can go alone if no one else wants to take her. As Teju prepares to leave, Amruta and Nandini stop her and lock her in a room. Teju cries, thinking about Neil.
Determined, she vows to reach Konkan no matter what. She overhears Amai saying he’ll take the car. Teju thanks God for showing her a way out.
