The episode begins with Nandini and Amai preventing Teju from accompanying Neil in the ambulance. Later, Teju arrives at the hospital to meet Neil, but Nandini stops her. The doctor and his team bring Neil out to shift him to a room. The entire Pradhan family arrives and asks the doctor about Neil’s condition. The doctor informs them that Neil is stable and they are just shifting him to a room.
Unconscious, Neil is moved to his room. Teju tells the doctor she will stay with her husband, but Leena intervenes and takes responsibility for Neil. After the doctors leave, Leena pushes Teju and tells her to leave. Teju refuses, insisting on staying with her husband. Leena and Nandini accuse her of betraying Neil behind his back.
Just then, Neil regains consciousness and witnesses the confrontation. Teju pleads her innocence and vows to expose RithuRaj once Neil is fully alert. RithuRaj mocks her, saying Neil isn’t foolish enough to believe her, and Leena agrees. Leena threatens to expose Teju’s “truth” and insists she will not be allowed near Neil. Nandini adds that Teju doesn’t even deserve Neil’s hatred.
Neil questions Nandini’s behavior towards Teju. Teju, relieved to see him awake, tells Neil she’s glad he’s fine. Neil then asks Leena what truth she wants to tell him. Leena alleges that Teju spent a night with Rithu in his room. Teju denies the accusation. Rithu claims Nandini witnessed it and that he tried to stop Teju, but she didn’t listen. Teju tells Neil that Rithu is lying, that she had moved on from him before marriage, and Neil knows it.
Rithu insists Teju is still after him, and Nandini supports his claim. Neil winces in pain. Teju urges the family not to stress Neil and declares that even if no one else believes her, Neil will. Leena mocks her, and Bhushan tells Teju to leave if she truly wants Neil to recover. Teju sits beside Neil and says she won’t leave him. Neil pulls his hand away from hers. Teju asks if he believes the accusations too.
Leena repeats that Neil isn’t foolish enough to trust her. Teju questions whether Neil doesn’t trust their love. Nandini interrupts, accusing Teju of loving Rithu. Teju denies it and explains that Rithu is deliberately framing her because she rejected him. She vows to expose his evil intentions.
Leena slaps Teju and warns her not to tarnish RithuRaj’s name. Teju responds that Rithu ruined her reputation and she will expose him. She attempts to show them a recording on her phone of Rithu’s inappropriate behavior during his visit to Konkan. However, the phone won’t open. Rithu grabs it, breaks it, and accuses her of acting. Teju fights to retrieve her phone.
Manjari and Jeetu urge everyone to give Teju a chance to present her side and the proof she claims to have. Leena and Bhushan argue, questioning why Teju is always believed. Bhushan announces that Teju has no place in his house.
Teju tells Neil that despite everyone’s doubts, she came to the hospital to prove his innocence because she loves him. She confesses that she realized her love for him when he distanced himself from her. She also admits she wanted to join him on the trip but couldn’t express it earlier. Rithu is stunned by her confession.
Teju declares her love openly and accepts their marriage wholeheartedly. Leena tells her to stop using Neil’s condition for sympathy and accuses her of betrayal. Neil coldly asks Teju to leave the hospital—and his life. Teju, in tears, leaves after Manjari pleads with Neil to reconsider. Leena instructs Amruta and Nandini to escort Teju out, but Teju says there’s no need—she’s already received her answer.
Manjari and Jeetu ask Neil to stop her, but he remains silent. Rithu smirks, believing he has succeeded.
Meanwhile, Teju’s family is worried. They try calling her, but her phone isn’t connecting. Mukta is in tears. Aditi comforts her, blaming the Pradhan family. Omi suggests filing a police complaint to locate Teju. Just then, Teju returns home. Aditi announces her arrival and Mukta hugs her.
Omi questions Teju for tarnishing the family’s name. Teju asks if even they won’t listen to her side. Her uncle bluntly asks if she wants both Neil and Rithu. Teju denies any wrongdoing and insists Rithu has falsely accused her. She promises to expose him. Mukta asks about Neil, and Teju replies that he is hospitalized. When asked if Neil knows what happened, Teju says he also didn’t believe her and asked her to leave his life. Satish refuses to let her stay and throws her out of the house.
At the hospital, the nurse informs Jeetu that Neil is recovering. Neil reflects on everything and tries to speak with Jeetu. Jeetu confronts him for not trusting Teju, reminding him that she gave him life but was pushed out of it. Neil admits that Dr. Surwa told him the truth, but he couldn’t bear to see Teju insulted. He says he knows she was telling the truth because he saw it in her eyes.
Jeetu questions why Neil didn’t support her then. Neil says he’s injured and couldn’t defend her properly, but he now vows to prove Teju’s innocence and bring her back home with dignity. Jeetu reminds him that Teju trusted him, and he broke that trust. Neil promises it won’t take long to make things right. He says Teju is strong—and she will wait for him.
