The episode starts with Bhavani asking Savi to not tell anyone about the secret she is going to reveal her. Savi says no, I can’t hide anything from mom so I will tell mom. Bhavani says it’s fine then I won’t reveal to you who is your biological father. Savi asks if she really tells her about her father. Bhavani says yes but you have to promise that you won’t reveal this secret to your mom. Team members of Virat bring Virat to the hospital. Dr. Sheetal asks what the problem is. Constable says Virat sir is having left side discomfort and in the past, he got shot too. Sheetal asks if he is taking any medicine. Virat says yes. He doesn’t remember the name. Sai comes there and says she knows it and tells Sheetal that she will handle the case. Sheetal agrees.
Savi says she wants to know about her father. She promises Bhavani that she won’t tell to anyone. She asks what’s her real father’s name. Bhavani says Virat Chavan is your biological father. Chavi smiles and says he is her adopted father. Bhavani says you’re not believing so I will show you a proof. She shows her marriage photo of Virat and Sai. Savi asks why Sai and Virat are separated. Bhavani says your parents fought and get separated that’s why they didn’t tell anything to you and Vinayak. She says Vinayak, you, Sai, and Virat are one family. Savi feels elated and huge her. Bhavani says you’re Virat Chavan’s daughter so come to Chavan’s house with your mom and end the issues between your parents. She asks Savi to think about how to reunite her parents by bringing her mother to Chavan’s house. Savi agrees. Bhavani asks her to not reveal their secret to anyone. Savi agrees then Bhavani leaves.
Sai gives medicine to Virat. Virat asks if he still remembers his medicine. Sai says the doctor always remembers her patient’s medicines. She asks him to open his buttons for a checkup. Then She checks him. Virat gets lost in Sai. Sai asks why he forgot to take care of himself and reminds she won’t come everywhere to check on him if he forgets his medicine’s name too. Virat asks why she acts like he is ill. Sai says 4 people bought you here and you’re getting old so take care of yourself as you’re shifting to Mumbai. Virat says he refused the offer. Sai asks why he left the promotion. Virat says he and Vinayak can’t go away from her. He realizes what he said and covers it. Sai thanks Virat for the help. She asks how is Vinu, did you talk to him. Virat thinks Vinu’s behavior and tells Sai that he is fine. The senior doctor comes there and asks Sai why she is there. Sai says she receives an emergency call. The doctor says there is no emergency at the hospital and seems like a fake call.
Usha returns home and asks Savi what’s she doing. Savi says she is changing name board. Usha asks her to not go outside and she leaves inside. Sai returns home and asks Savi to eat the candy floss she bought. Savi says I can’t eat it as I promised you that I left eating it once I know about it biological father. Sai asks Savi ‘have you found your real dad?’ Savi says yes, I have come to know who my real dad is. Sai asks who is he? Savi says I’m drawing his name. Sai aaks why she added Chvan to her name. Savi says it’s my surname. Sai says they are Joshi. Savi says I know the truth and I have found Virat is not my adopted father and he is my real father Virat Chavan. Sai gets shocked.

Precap – Sai tells Virat that even though I have come to Chavan house, I will leave once my objective is complete and no-one is to stop me. She asks if he accepts it. Virat accepts it. Sai says I can meet Vinu whenever I wish and take him wherever I wish and show him affection whenever I wish. Virat says I accept. Sai says I’m starting my family anew and everything will go as I wish. Virat says he accepts all her demands and requests. He says it’s promise from him. Sai says it’s easy for you to promise without thinking and you will regret it when I find someone else. Virat says I accept then he realises what she said.
